Praia Da Oura is famous for the 'strip', a long avenue with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This makes Praia Da Oura suitable for all types of holidays, whether you are looking for a peaceful break on a golden beach or nightclubs till dawn!

This older style property is in a central location, in a residential area close to the popular Praia d'Oura and centre of Areias de Sao Joao. It is within walking distance of the "Strip", beach, restaurants and shops and is an excellent choice for families with young children or teenagers.

The accommodation is divided into two areas.
First floor: Living/dining room/open plan kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 shower rooms.

Ground floor: Living room/Kitchenette( not for cooking, light meals only), 1 double bedroom en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom. We do not take groups under 22 years old.

Enclosed garden with swimming pool, barbeque, poolside shower, table-tennis and wc.
The pool is 10m x 5m being on the shallow end 1m and deep end 2.5m.
The maid comes 1 time a week or as per request and arranged with rep.

There are 6 bedrooms with beds for 12 people and prices shown are based on these.
We can also accommodate a 13/14 person on a sofa-bed in downstairs lounge at an extra cost €160per person pw. We can also supply extra Z-bed for €30 and cots for €25.
Air-con at @240pw and Pool heating at €240pw.
We expect you to leave the house in a reasonable condition so the cleaning team doesn't have to stay extra hours, if they do you will be charge for those.

If you would like to rent a Motorcycle there is a place nearby called VESPA RENT where you can do this

Transfers: We have a regular company who does our transfers and they drop you at the house, a taxi for 4 €50, minibus for up to 8 @ €65, 9-12 €115 and 13 to 16 is €130 one way only and you pay directly to the driver. You might find it cheaper but they don't drop you outside the house only at certain points.

There is a good selection of golf courses within a short drive and Water Parks and a Zoo Marine for the children.

Wonderful house in Albufeira

The house was large enough for our group of 11, adequate bathrooms, all clean and functioning, it was close to town but still quiet at night. The pool area was beautiful, we felt like we had our own private resort. The property manager, Pauline, was attentive and very helpful, a joy to work with. I recommend this home to anyone!

Family Reunion

We stayed at the villa for 10 days and it exceeded our expectations. The villa is even more wonderful than the pictures and description. We were celebrating our father's 80th birthday with all the kids and grandkids and there was more than enough space for everyone. We had 12 in total and never felt like we were on top of each other. The pool area is wonderful with so many access points and the pool man, who was so pleasant, was there almost every day cleaning. The villa is a 3 minute walk to a strip of bars, restaurants, shops etc. but you can't hear any of the partying from the bedrooms so you'll sleep soundly. I highly recommend Memories steakhouse which is off the strip, close to the villa, food, drinks and service all fantastic. The house manager, Pauline, was great and always available for any questions. Ana was absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our Dad had a wonderful 80th birthday celebration. I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone staying in the area!

We stayed as a group of 10. 2 families with children and grandparents came too. Villa was close to everything. We didn't need a car. We would love to return at some point?

Best place you can go for a Big Group

We stayed with a group of 9 and for us you could not get better than this villa. Walking distance for the strip and short taxi trip to old town. The villa and pool are also fantasic could not reccomend this place enough.

Perfect Property

Perfect location, 3 mins walk to the local strip and 5 mins in bolt to the Old Town. Villa is large, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, kitchen is fully packed with everything you could need and is very classy and modern. Pool and terrace area is very spacious too. Had a superb holiday 6 adults and 2 children and because of location and cheap taxi rides we didn't need a car. Aldi and Lidl close by too.

Weekend to Remember 💃💒

As a group of 11, we decided to book this villa for my hen do! Our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. We were greeted by Pauline who showed us around the villa and the communication was brilliant with both of our airport transfers arriving on time. The villa was very spacious, clean and in a very good location with many facilities. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Stunning villa

I was concerned that the villa may be small for our large group... i couldn't have be more wrong. The villa was fabulous, spacious, comfortable. We had a lovely stay and have been raving to everyone that will listen that they should consider it for their next family break. The only negative we experienced was that we were instructed not to use sun lotion while using the pool, which we have never encountered before (as someone who lives in Australia, I am commonly in swimming pools in the sun, for example). This meant we were sunburnt or overheating.. not ideal for this pregnant woman!! Other than this, the facilities were amazing and we had a fantastic time. Thanks so much Ana, Pauline and all.

This Villa is Perfect

This villa is absolutely spot on! Location wise, the strip is a short walk away and has a range of bars, clubs and resturants. The old town is a decent walk away (€4 / €7 in an Uber X / XL) and we spent most of our nights there. Either way, there is something for everyone and we all really enjoyed the food and bars. There is a home-like Aldi just a 10 minute walk away. This involves a decent hill and some cobbled paving; I actually ended up damaging my suitcase by overfilling it. For big shops, I would recommend walking up and Ubering back (€4). There are also little supermarkets closer on the strip for bits and bobs. We recommend the Pão da Aldeia bakery for coffee, pastry and fresh bread. The villa itself is spacious and there is plenty of room for 12 people. The pool is up to 2.2m deep and has enough room for everyone to be in and around it comfortably. The table tennis is a great addition and the BBQ is a good size too. All of the tables have 12 seats so you can always sit together. Pauline is really friendly and helped us prepare for our stay. Ana Maria is great too and has been transparent during the entire stay with fast replies. They are firm but fair with youngsters and although Pauline did show-up unannounced it is more of a "catch-up" than a "gotcha". Must-Try Places: ✅️ Slide and Splash Waterpark ✅️ STANCE SUP & Kayak Benagil (To see the caves) ✅️ Tiger Street Sushi ✅️ Praia da Galé (Sunset) ✅️ King's Cross (Live Music)

The perfect stay

A group of 11 friends stayed in the villa to celebrate my sister's hen do. The villa was in a great location, clean and with so much space for all of us to enjoy. Ana and Pauline were so helpful with any questions and arranged our transfers which all went smoothly. Would come back again and again to this villa when visiting Albufeira. Thank you!

There were 10 of us that stayed for a long hen weekend. Communication with Ana was great from the start and we dealt with Pauline when we arrived, who was super helpful. It was a great villa, plenty of space for us all and great location, close enough to walk to the strip but far enough away so you couldn’t hear it. It was also easy to get Ubers from when we went further a field. A great weekend had by all and I would highly recommend the villa and would happily book there again.

Woning ligt vlakbij het uitgaansleven wat ideaal is voor kinderen. De woning is wat gedateerd. Pannen zijn bv aan vervanging toe en de bedden zijn keihard. De ruimte om het huis is vrij ruim zeker omdat je midden in de stad zit. Zwembad is groot wat een grote plus is voor de jeugd. Ik zou het huis wel aanraden.

Perfect Holiday

We were a family of 14 people including 10 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 small babies. The villa was perfect, very spacious and never did we feel like we were getting on top of one another. Rooms were perfect and the 4 bathrooms were enough for us all. The house was very secure, other villas round about so wasn’t secluded. The pool was large and quite deep but a paddling pool was provided for the babies. The outdoor space was lovely with plenty of seating, outdoor BBQ, table tennis and outside toilet. The kitchen was fantastic and all utensils, crockery ect made it feel like home from home. The added bonus of washing machines were amazing. Pauline explained everything to us on arrival and made us feel welcomed, a high chair was provided on request. Local supermarkets close buy but we walked to Aldi for a cheaper shop and only €5 back in a taxi. The strip is literally round the corner but at night you actually can’t hear any noise coming through to the villa. A 30 min walk into the old town and around €7 euro back in a taxi. I would definitely recommend this villa and we would use again if we all came back together.

What a fantastic holiday. We had a family ranging from 2 to 40 and we all loved it.

Villa was fantastic. Rooms were lovely and clean, best part was the pool!! Sunshine all day and lots of pool toys left for all ages! 2 access roads to the strip at different points which were fantastic! Everything you could want and more! Will definitely be returning 😍😍

Fantastic family holiday

We visited with 13 of a family ranging ages between 65, 40s and children from 11 to 3.. We had a lovely time the villa was spotless and Pauline made check in very easy and also arranged our transfers from airport to the villa.. The pool was deep for the children but Pauline got us a large padding pool for them and also supplied us with stair gates. The location is fantastic with loafs of shops and restaurants to hand. We went into the Old Town every night costing just 5euro the Old Town is stunning and restaurants are beautiful along the sea front, The Strip is very lively but more for younger groups do we went into The Old Town as more for younger families. We hope to return in the future.
