Seaside Seagrove Beach House | Excellent Location

Spacious home with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and Great room. Upstairs screened in porch is probably my favorite room because of breeze from the Gulf and beautiful sunsets over/through the state forest. Very tranquil property that is the furthest SW corner of neighborhood but also the closest to the beach and only 100 yards from the Gathering Place which entails the pools, hot tub, barbecue, fire pit and oval bar space w/ television. Plenty of parking behind house. Beach Towels, Beach Chairs & 2 Bikes Included.

Wonderful Location

Property was quiet but a short bike or golf cart ride to the beach, Seaside, and/or Watercolor. Property was well decorated with helpful notes throughout the house telling you where stuff was or how to use something. Owner was very responsive. I would heartily recommend this place to others.

End of summer vacation

We had a great time, house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Location great for walking path and pool. We rented golf cart for beach travel, drop of and to travel up and down 30A.

Great location for family vacation

We had a great time and this property fit our needs (6 adults and 2 kids). We loved the laid back feeling of Nature Walk. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. Best location on a dead end and super close to the Gathering Place. I would definitely say rent a golf cart if you plan to go to the beach daily. We rarely moved the vehicles during the 7 days we were there.

Very nice home and neighborhood, great location to pool and hot tub. Loved the up and down stairs screened porches.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family trip. The house was wonderful although not really a beach house.

We were a group of 8 with 3 teenagers. The house fit us perfectly and comfortably. Great location, a block from the community pool and about a mile from the beach. We were able to walk, although a long walk to the beach with all of our stuff. We preferred to park closer to the beach.. Parking at the beach was a mess but we were able to find convienet parking spots by San Juan Street beach access. Great restaurants near by and the grocery store by the subdivision entrance was super convenient. The Greyton Beach State Park Beach access was by far the best Beach and not near as busy. We would visit this property again!

Wonderful Getaway

We had a great week at this home. It had everything we needed and the location was great. Golf cart ride to Seaside and the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to social distance at the beach. Wasn’t crowded.

Getaway with friends

We had two families of 3 each with 15 year old girls. The house was great in that we had two master suites with king beds and the girls shared the bunk room. My husband enjoyed cooking homemade pies and grilling shrimp and pork tenderloin on the community grill in the pool area. We rented bikes (a necessity) to get to the beach everyday. Our friends are usually Caribbean visitors but thought the Santa Rosa beaches just as beautiful. John was the perfect host, very attentive to our needs or requests for dinner recommendations and bike rentals. House is bright, beautiful and clean!

Perfect location in a nice, active neighborhood

I’m not sure I could say enough about the location of John’s house. It is right in a bike bath to the beach, and so close to the neighborhood pool. He found a winner! He was also a generous host who did not hesitate to respond when we had a question. During this time of isolation, our family was able to have a relaxing vacation away from other people.

I live and work in Santa Rosa Beach. Sea Breeze and Sunsets is my full-time residence that I rent on occasion when I can also travel.

Why they chose this property

NatureWalk is a wonderful area at the beach. It is a neighborhood with a good mix of full-time residents, personal vacation homes and rental houses.
My home is the ideal home to rent because it is situated directly beside the state forest, which provides privacy and tranquility, and the path to the beach begins beside my house. In addition, the community pools and Gathering Place are a mere 100 yard walk from front door. Also, because my house is at end of street there is plenty of parking without having to park on street.
