We would love to welcome everybody to our little spot near Clearwater Beach. We love hosting people from all walks of life! This cute, pet friendly apartment has been outfitted with a beach/coastal theme to inspire your relaxing stay and we dearly hope that you will enjoy our little slice of lovely Clearwater, Florida. We are about 100 yards from the amazing Pinellas trail and only 3.6 miles to Clearwater beach. Downtown Clearwater is within walking distance.

Super quiet and quaint. Close to Clearwater beach, restaurants, and stores. Perfect for my boyfriend and I. Bed was comfortable and had all we needed in the kitchen and bathroom.

The property was very close to the bridge leading to the beach. We rode bikes back and forth each day.

Softball weekend

Booked for my mother and I initially to watch my daughter play softball. My sister ended up coming at the last minute so one of us had to sleep on the couch but it all worked out and we were all comfortable. The location was perfect, 10 mins to the beach and 15 to the softball complex. Would stay again.

This property & area was very convenient to the beaches, restaurants & our friends property..

For the price of hotels in Clearwater, this was a good deal for us to stay for a couple nights. We spent very little time at the house but it was set up as a small apartment and worked for us.

Convenient location, nice property, considerate host.

Stayed for 10 nights. The property was clean. The kitchen was functional (Tefal pots and pans for those of you that are concerned about them.) The bed was comfortable but a little squeaky. Jeremy the host came a fixed a clogged drain in the shower as soon as he could. 10-minute drive to Clearwater Beach. 5-minute walk to the Pinellas trails. Washer and dryer provided. I was very pleased with the rental.

Weekend in Clearwater

We had things to take care of in the Clearwater area and didn't want to be squeezed into a hotel! This hit the nail right on the head! Close to where we needed to be a little more room and ability to cook! Cute place nicely decorated!

A nice, cozy getaway place

Provided all the comfort I was looking for. From cleanliness to a super fast internet and a relatively large yard as a bonus and you got yourself a nice vacation spot. Looking forward to returning one day
