Brand new rugs just installed. Great family vacation unit. 4 BR/3.5 Bath Townhouse in the top rated 4 season vacation resort at Forest Ridge in Lincoln, NH. Located just 2.2 miles from Loon Mountain in the heart of the White Mountains. Nestled in the forest, but convenient to all major attractions and activities.

Three level townhouse. Sleeps 10. Unit is furnished with 2 master suites upstairs with King sized beds and their own full bathrooms. The lower level has a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and an additional bedroom containing Twin bunk beds, and a twin bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. Large family room on the lower level which is perfect for the kids to hangout or for the whole family to watch a movie on the flat screen tv. Main level has an open concept family room, kitchen and dining room. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Gas grill. Great Mountain Views! WIFI and 50" flat screen on first floor with streaming TVs in basement and master bedroom, Spectrum cable in the unit.

Amenities: Sports club with indoor and outdoor pools, separate steam rooms for men & women, Jacuzzi hot tub and fitness room. Tennis courts, basketball courts and pond. Swing set, Gazebo with grill and picnic table area at the sports club available for use too.

Free bus shuttle to and from Loon mountain during the winter months on weekends and holidays. *Not during the weekdays.

This townhouse was beautiful and huge! It is perfectly located close to Loon and all of the touristy things (yet still tucked away with amazing views). Hank was very responsive. My family enjoyed our weekend getaway in Forest Ridge!

Very attractive townhouse which was convenience to outdoor activities including hiking and skiing. Enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and games. Would definitely rent this home again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Spacious, clean, and comfortable beds. Plenty of water pressure in the shower too. Hank was also incredibly responsive when I texted him during our stay with a question, responding within a minute or two. Thank you Hank, we hope to stay again next year!

We had a great stay, this was a wonderful and large unit perfect for our group which was two adults, two young adult brothers and one of their friends. Plenty of space for everyone and they enjoyed the finished basement living area with TV and big couch next to the two bedrooms. The main level and two bedrooms upstairs were amazing as well. We have rented dozens of units near Loon over the years in all of the various condo complexes, and this was the best yet.

Another Great Stay in Lincoln
We had a fantastic stay in Lincoln! The condo was thoughtfully set up to accommodate adults, teens, and young adults, making it perfect for our group. Hank’s communication was prompt and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The cold weather during our three days there made us especially appreciate the cozy fireplace and the ample supply of firewood.This was our second time staying in Forest Ridge, and we truly enjoy the location. It’s conveniently close to Loon Mountain and town yet far enough to offer a peaceful and serene atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!We would definitely go back.

Very nice property!
It is a very nice house in a great location close to Loon Mountain. Within walking distance is a clubhouse with pool and game room - great for kids. Interactions with the owner were courteous and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our group size and has plenty of space for kids and adults. The kids loved having access to the pool at the sports club. The location has nearby access to abundant activities in the beautiful white mountains. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time!

Easy to locate. Loves how much space we had. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of tissues and toilet paper which doesn't happen in a lot of rentals. Liked not needing to remember to grab the key when we went out. Owner was very quick to respond when contacted. Would rent again.
