Large ground floor 2/2 condo - just feet from the beautiful PCB white sand! Need a break from the sun? Steps from the covered pool! Park your vehicles at the front door, no need to fight for the elevator or climb the stairs. Located 2 miles from St Andrews State Park on the quiet side of the beach, but only 8 miles to Pier Park, where you can find all the shopping and entertainment you could want. Small complex, only 5 floors, 50 units.

We are a married couple of 30 years, with two grown children. She is an RN and I am a retired Telecom Engineer. We are from New Orleans, but chose to make our home in Panama City Beach because we love the emerald waters of the Gulf!

We love this condo because it is on the quiet side of the beach in a small complex, on the ground floor and only feet from the sand!
What makes this property unique
We love having breakfast on the patio and watching the Dolphins and Pelicans in the early morning! The sunsets are amazing, different every evening!
