This spacious three bedroom and four bath condo with exceptional amenities is the perfect setting for your next beach vacation. A spacious living area, includes a queen sofa sleeper and a large flat screen television and is perfect for large family and friend gatherings. Beautiful stainless kitchen appliances accent the large gourmet kitchen with granite breakfast bar. There is a large formal table that offers plenty of seating for large families. A built-in granite wet bar with under counter ice maker. Dining on the tiled balcony, lets you enjoy meals while watching the action on the beach and the water. The "kitchen is very well equipped" and has a standard coffee maker.
All three bedrooms have flat screen televisions and private bathrooms. Your master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, and a luxurious bathroom with an extended vanity counter that has two sinks, a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, and a large step-in shower with glass panels. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with twin beds on top and two double beds on bottom and a bathroom with a combined tub and shower. In the third bedroom you have 2 queen-size bed and a bathroom very similar to the previous one. There is also a hide away twin bed in the master closet. This means this unit will sleep 15! The fourth full bathroom is accessible from the hallway and includes the laundry room.

This unit would benefit from some upgrades (carpet, most furniture, decor), but overall we were very comfortable and had a great time. Really love the bedroom layout with bunks. Plenty of spaces to sleep.

Views from the Balcony was amazing. Balcony furniture was not like the pics. No blue cushions, no lounger, but they brought us a couple of loungers, we like to spend early morning and evening on balcony. Living room chairs could be upgraded, chairs for the dining room table need upgraded. Who ever cleaned the Condo should check under dressers, and beds. Found stuff from other people who rented before us. The bunk room bathroom shower had weird stuff in an upper corner. Only 2 teaspoons, so had to use tablespoons to eat with.
The place was great only thing that I have like better some other places is there are no beach Towels… and just a big hassle for us to have to pack and fly with 2 extra checked bags just to get our towels there for the week
But all aside week really liked the condo great views and location…
My family and I absolutely loved this place!! We had enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably and move around. Never crowded. And easy to get to and loved the different options with pool and workout room. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future.
AC kept freezing up, received call from management at our check in time telling us carpets dirty & they needed to clean them. We had been waiting for our check in code for 3 hours already after rip all night driving so had to stay on dirty carpet. DVD player didn’t work, tv in living room kept going out. Not worth price
We love to stay at Phoenix Properties and this time we lost a little bit of that. While the condo was nice overall, there were many missteps that just need to be addressed. First, the prior cleaning crew did a mediocre job, at best. There were pubic hairs left in shower, moldy jets in the jacuzzi tub, remnants of glitter from a prior party I can only assume. Also, the WiFi, is basically non-existent and extremely unreliable. The TV didn’t work in living room, as far as the satellite it had connected to it. Finally, the construction for the parking lot, is very inconvenient and one of the parking lot guards, is really overzealous. Think, Paul Blart Mall Cop. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.
I have never complained about anything, but feel this could help with this property rental.

4. The sliding glass door was impossible to open, had to go buy wd-40 to dpray on tracks. The rollers are worn out
5. Air conditioner froze up 2 different times, had to turn it off and let it set before we could turn it on. Happened in the middle of the day, very hot!!
6. Thi main bath shower rubber seal came off, was hanging off when we got there. When you showered water went on the floor
I was very happy with the rental company and facility, but the condo itself needs some attention. Thank you.
Property is not maintained or equipped with essentials that are needed. Broken and torn furniture ( looks like thrift store finds placed throughout unit). Unit had not been cleaned properly, no clothes hangers in closets, did not have any bakeware, (except for a muffin tin, ) no oven mitts, no bedding for the extra bed they claimed they had ( box spring in closet with a ripped and stained mattress), ceiling fans were so filthy that they could not be turned unless you wanted the dust to fling throughout the room, I could keep going. We have stayed at many Phoenix rentals in our last 20+ years and have never made a single complaint… White Shores Reality would not address our issues during or after our stay. Do Not book this unit!

Our annual Family NYE trip
I will start with the positive things about this listing. The view was amazing and over all the unit was clean, except the jets on the master bedroom hot tub were broken and dirty. Both ice machines were broken (bar & refrigerator). Decor & appliances are very outdated. I have stayed in 3 condos in Phoenix West 2 & this was the first one that had so many issues. There weren’t hardly any appliances to cook with, and the ones we used were old and need replaced. This also was the first unit where we had to pay for parking. For 3 days and two vehicles was over $100. They changed our code a day before our check out and we were locked out of our room. I called and no one apologized, she just gave me a new code like that was normal. My card was also charged two additional times. Once after check in and once after check out. I paid for the insurance for any damage due to the amount of people in our families. We didn’t quite have the 15 allowed but I still don’t understand the additional charges and no emails or messages have been sent explaining why my card still keeps getting charged. There were no bugs, again a nice view, but compared to the other 2 units we have stayed in at the same building this condo was a downgrade and somewhat of a scam.
This could be a great condo if it wasn’t for the furniture
Buy some new living room furniture. The couch was broke and very uncomfortable to sit in and the chaise lounge was broke and you felt like you were sitting on the floor. For the amount of money to rent this condo you can go buy new furniture. The condo is beautiful and I would give a rating of 5 stars but when you can’t watch tv on a comfortable couch it is sad. Especially when someone complained about the same couch in a 2019 review. I wouldn’t recommend this condo to anyone because of the furniture and the tv’s in the bedrooms didn’t work. Very sad because it was a beautiful condo in a great location.

TVs didn’t work in any room, or the ice machine. We reached out to property manager about these issues and never heard back. Condo wasn’t very clean, either. We paid a lot to stay at a subpar condo.

Beach Vacation
The location was great, the beach was beautiful, the amenities at the property were fantastic. The room itself was a let down. There was a broken window frame in one room. The sofa sleeper was broken "like physically broken". Much of the furniture was in very poor condition. There were no curtains to cover the balcony windows, meaning anyone sleeping in the front room got blasted with sun in the morning. The bar area and glasses were covered in dust. There was insufficient kitchen utensils eg: one tiny skillet, no spatula only a few forks. Many of the dishes that were available were dirty and we had to wash them prior to use. The ice maker does not work it gets VERY HOT likely a fire hazard. For listing that sleeps 14 and the price paid. I felt this was unacceptable. I called the rental agency to report damage and inoperable appliance. No effort was made to rectify the issue or compensate me for the in ability to use the icee maker or sleeper software. I've stayed in far less expensive places that were cleaner and in better repair.

Luxury price desperately needs attention!
1) Couch in the living room is broken (look at the back and shake it) the couch is shot (time for a new one). Sofa sleeper is completely worn not comfortable at all. And on this note all of the furniture is worn in the living room. When looking at other units for rent in Phoenix II this unit is definitely due for some upgrades.
2) Dishwasher is not bolted in place it’s coming away from the wall. When you pull out the top rack the dishwasher plunges forward and acts like it’s going to fall out of the hole.
3) The ice maker under the bar area doesn’t work there is black mold inside. We had to buy over 12 bags of ice while we were there as the refrigerator ice machine couldn’t keep up.
4) The TV’s in the master bedroom and double queens bedrooms do not work and did not work one time.
5) The dryer doesn’t dry. It can’t be efficient if it takes 2-3 hours to dry the white towels provided in the condo.
6) Light under the microwave doesn’t work.
7) Dining room table needs updated. Super old and the table top is warped and chipping.
8) The doorbell doesn’t work. We ordered pizza and didn’t tell the kids the code. We couldn’t hear them knocking.
9) The trim in the queens bedroom around the window is broken and sharp. This is a hazard and needs resolved when you have families renting the unit.
10) Overall things were “not clean” Also the kitchen sink sprayer had black mold on it. I cleaned it myself.
11) The second bed in the queens room was completely broken so the first night we had to put the mattress on the floor until they brought a new bed the next day. The second bed was slightly better but still completely worn.
12)The beach is gorgeous!! We had a great vacation with 3 families staying here. There was enough space. It just truly needs some love.
We reached out and they replaced the broken bed and changed out the burnt out light bulbs but didn't fix the tvs. And we shouldn't have had to tell them about the caved in bed. It should've been noticed when they cleaned. Same for the couch.
The condo was almost exactly as described. There were plenty of kitchen items for our party of 11. If you keep up with laundry towels and wash rags are plenty but you may also pack some extras if you’d like to slack on laundry. The only complaint and a very minimal at that is the facility’s elevators are very busy and extremely slow. No other complaints and we would definitely go back!
