There are 2 separate bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette. The 25 sq. m. terrace has direct view to the see and is a wonderful place for a rest. The villa is equipped with a cook, washing machine, iron, microwave, and smart TV with satellite channels. The beach is 5 m away from the property entrance. A free parking place is available. The Villa is located at 14 km from the most famous in the region Nea Paramos beach.

I am a Nuclear Engineer working for the Regulatory Authority of Bulgaria. After finishing the masters degree in the Technical University in Sofia I joined the organization, working there for more than 23 years.

Why they chose this property

My wife's child dream was to have a Villa exactly on the beach. As an engineer working for the Government, for me it was not so easy to make this dream a reality - finally this was done after 25 years of work experience. Our 3 kids are also happy and enjoy the boat riding in the sea.
