Great house that is right on the lake. This place was perfect for me and my friends as a quiet getaway from the city. The owner was very nice and informative who made the stay care free and easy. We will be booking this place again in the future!

This is the perfect lake property for a large group. We checked in on a Friday evening and checked out on Sunday morning. The house had everything we needed. The outdoor space is fantastic and we loved having the grill. We will definitely be back!

It was a beautiful place and very spacious Property manager was awesome to respond to us. We continued to have trouble with adjusting the hot run. We would stay here again caught some fish off the dock!😀

Can’t wait to come back!
We had the best time with our family and friends. Plenty of space for the adults and four kids to sleep, lounge, eat, and play. Kids enjoyed the hot tub during the day. Adults enjoyed the hot tub at night. Mark took us out on the pontoon boat around the lake. We grilled. We baked. We enjoyed the peace of the lake views. Memories were made!! We can’t wait to go back in the summer.

Narrow roads into neighborhood. Wait at guard gate was long. Parking plentiful. Rock steps and uneven patio was difficult to maneuver for some members of party. Hottub had no shade and was too hot to access during the day. Kayaks were fun and plentiful. Ladder into the water was difficult for most members of party, steps would have been helpful. Covered porch nice. Wish there had been access into the bunkroom from the inside of house.

Annual lake trip
The owner was very responsive to all communication. The bunk room is not part of the main house and has a separate downstairs entrance. This made it hard with children. The boat lift was not working and unavailable to use. The owner suggested tying up to the dock, which is fine but we rented a home with a boat lift for a reason. The pictures and description is somewhat misleading. There’s to many better choices to rent with a lift and a easier home layout

Great house, great view, great dock, great communication
This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths. The family members that traveled with us this summer agree that our trip to the lake and lodging at this lovely lake house was as fun as our cancelled anticipated trip to the beach in Grand Cayman. The house had everything we needed. Any questions we had were met with exceptional communication with the owner. The dock, and warm, (but refreshing) lake water were perfect. This cove is very calm and perfect for floating. If you enjoy kayaking, the property has some for rent. The resident neighbors in the cove are very friendly, and will call out to visit as you paddle by. If you have a boat, there is a community boat ramp nearby. The only two cons I can see about this property are: It could use one more shower to meet the needs of everyone it can potentially accommodate (14) if all beds are full. The third bedroom with a half bath is outside, and downstairs. (This is clearly mentioned in the property description) This is not a handicap accessible home. Per my observation several of the houses in this area of the lake are not suitable for handicapped individuals trying to get down to docks. The mentioned cons were not an issue for my family, and should not be counted against the property. The house is lovely, and furnished well. I appreciate a well stocked kitchen. My negative observations are strictly for the purpose of information for large groups, and those who may be handicapped. If the opportunity were to arise, we would definitely return to this lodging. For most renters this property is a gem.

False advertising and home needs lots of repairs!
Not pleasant!!! First thing... been there 5 min and discovered down stairs lock did not Wk and had to wait 25 for owner to come fix! Said it was battery, replaced but still never worked all weekend! Sat down in a chair down there while waiting on him to arrive, sat down in a chair that was rotten, and as I sat down the chair shattered into a million pieces, not sure if my rotator cuff is torn or muscle is torn or what but definitely going to doctor tomorrow too see what is wrong as I cannot raise my arm due to the fall! Plus left knee and back are in miserable pain! Lock was not fixed, no porch light in front of house, outlets in bathrooms do not Wk,, downstairs toilet has to be flushed 3 times to get anything to go down, mopped water all weekend in master bath due to toilet leaking. .... paying as much as we had to pay plus fees is RIDICULOUS! We have gone through VRBO for the past 4 yrs and had zero problems! This year this house was not onjoyable!!! Also!!! In all pics and descriptions it NEVER MENTIONS THAT THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM COULD NOT BE ACCESSED FROM HOUSE! Had to go outside and down a big flight of stairs to access bedroom from outside!!!! Feel my family should be compensated in some way!!!! The owner said he had been working on house all week that the family before us destroyed the house! Ifit was not repaired, it should not have been rented!

This is a great place for relaxing and enjoying family! There was plenty of comfortable beds for our group of 13. And the kitchen was the best - stocked with pans, utensils, appliances! Grandbury 4 th of July
The lake front house and dock was perfect for our 3 families to get together and celebrate our fathers 80 th birthday and 4 of July. Plenty of room for 16 of us to prepare meals, eat sleep and have fun. We caught fish off the dock. Kids loved air hockey. Kayaks were fun easy for the families cto cruise around the Cove. Labeling switches etc around the house made finding everything super easy. Mark, the owner was very nice, attentive and helpful. We would recommend this house to both small and large families. Both the neighbors and local businesses were also very friendly.

We loved our stay at this amazing home. It was our family's first get away in a year plus. There was 15 of us and this house was so perfect. Very well stocked with all you need. Comfy beds for all and plenty of space for 15 family members to do their own thing or all gather together in the house or on the big covered patio. We fished, swam, took out the Kayaks and enjoyed the property to its fullest. Set up with games, horseshoes, cornhole, and gaming in the downstairs room perfect for the kids big and small. Plenty to do or just sit and relax enjoying the view. Clean and well taken care this is a must book home. We will be back. We appreciate how quickly the host responded to our questions when we asked about the pack and play for our little one which they have!! They were great!! Book this house it is awesome!!!

This lake house was amazing! It was very clean and full of amenities. The kitchen are fully stocked. Very spacious. There were two living rooms. Loved the main living room looking out to the lake. Mark - the owner was nice and very helpful. He replied to our texts instantly. Everyone enjoyed fishing, kayaking and swimming at the dock. Wonderful house and property. Great place right by the lake. Had the most equipped kitchen I have ever seen from a VRBO. Would definitely be coming back. Amazing Get Away!
With the current pandemic, I rented the house so that our family could have a safe local vacation. We are a family of 15 with age ranging from 11 to 80 yrs old. The house was amazing with a beautiful view of the lake. My dad, who has Parkinsons, was able to watch his kids and grandkids have fun fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed to make big family dinners and there were enough beds for everyone. They also had life vests available for use. The older grandkids enjoyed sitting by the fire pit talking nonsense and spending time bonding with each other. Most of all Mark was a text away if we had any questions or needed any help. It was truly an amazing weekend and my family wants to do it again.
