Stunning views of the Whitsunday Islands, this really is like your very own Balinese style private resort! with the entire house, which is very spacious and pool all to yourself. Situated on 5 acres of rain forest, enjoy your own wet edge pool with a swim up bar where you can enjoy your cocktails. Or sit in the spa instead! The choice is yours.. Spacious decks with undercover BBQ. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, 3 ensuites and a main bathroom, 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds, one of the king beds is separate from the house with its own ensuite TV and basic kitchenette for extra privacy. There's even a cubby house full of toys and a sandpit for the kids! A full size pool table located in the spacious games room along with various board games/cards/puzzles etc. The pool has a built in spa (not heated), pool bar. Those of you wanting to bring your boat/caravan the boat shed is 11 m long, 5 m wide and 5.7 m high! With space for an extra two boats/caravans along the side. Come and enjoy it all and the magnificent sea views! Tara and Steve will welcome you to ensure you have everything you need including information on the local area and trips available.

Family get together
Overall we had a great time at Airlie beach. Unfortunately all of us got a lot of insect bites- not sure if they were mosquitoes or what, mostly legs affected. Neighbours dog did poop and pee on our front lawn every morning, which we needed to remove as our kids were playing ball on the lawn. House and pool amazing.

Private, yet only 15 mins drive from Airlie Beach
Such a spectacular home with incredible views - oh and the pool! The pool isn't heated (which is a good thing) - the whole family was in the pool every day. Tara was amazing to deal with. Really couldn't have asked for better

A weekend in paradise
Absolutely stunning. We spent 3 days/nights relaxing in the pool area and playing many games of pool. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. There was even minced garlic (we forgot to pack ours) for us to make our garlic bread. Plenty of shampoo and conditioner in all of the bathrooms, and pool towels as well.Thank you so much to Tara and Steve for a wonderful weekend in paradise. We would love to come back again

Two families of 10 people. Huge common areas beautifully presented where we could spread out or come together without any fuss. Tranquil gardens at every turn. Well equipped kitchen and games room. Loved everything about it. Close to our favourite restaurant and shops not far away.

This was our second stay in this magnificent house. Husband and I, my mother, our 3 adult children, their wives and our grandchildren. The amazing view from every part of the house together with that glorious pool is like paradise. There is everything you need at this house. The hosts are so accommodating and friendly. Definitely worth staying in this house

We loved everything about our stay here. There were 9 of us all up and the house was perfect for a group that size. Tara made everything super easy and was available for any issues (not that we had any!).While it is a little bit out of Airlie Beach everything you need is in close proximity as long as you have a car.

Tara was extremely helpful. The house was even better than the pictures. Our family (8 in total) came together from overseas to celebrate birtdays and it was such a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy each others company without any neighbours. The BBQ got a good workout. It was an idyllic holiday.

We stayed here with a group of friends for a 50th, the house was more than what we expected, even larger than we thought. The views were lovely and Tara was extremely accommodating when we had organised people to come in and set up a picnic on the lawn. The setting was that gorgeous that we even had a proposal. Absolutely spectacular, we will be back.

The house was very well looked after, clean, well equipped and great layout. The pool table was great entertainment for us. Tara our host was very welcoming and there if we needed anytimg. All round fantastic place to stay.

The home with that view.
The property was the place with a view. It was very spacious and exactly how the photos looked. Great place to bring family and friends together. Close drive to the shops and a 15 min drive to Airlie. Tara the hostess was a great communicator and certainly made the pre organising so much easier with her local knowledge. Loved our time and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy the location and surrounds as the house is situated on 5 acres of rainforest so there's no road noise. We are far enough away to get away from it all, but still close enough to enjoy the restaurants, nigh life, and the main street of Airlie Beach, as it is only a 5-10 minute Drive. The local shopping centre (woolworths, Big W and many boutique shops) is down the road (3-5 mins) Take advantage of being a minutes drive from Northerlies bar/Restaurant which is the most popular place to be! it is located right on the beach so you can enjoy a cocktail on the beach while waiting for your dinner The house is spacious and easily sleeps 10 with each bedroom very private. The pool overlooks the Whitsunday Islands and has its own spa (not heated) and a swim up bar with seating in the pool so you never have to get out! Please note we do have security camera on the entrance, pool/pool area and games room for security. 😊
