SantaCroce Junior Luxury Suite


NEW - Starting from May 2023 the bed has been completed with goose down topper besides the already existing goose down pillows and memory foam pillows and mattresses. A 5 stars Hotel feature !!

A luxury cozy nest of 30 square meters located 50 mts from Santa Croce Church and 5 minutes walk from Piazza della Signoria and Uffizi Museum.
We have started to list it at the end of May 2015.
Newly renovated with luxury and comfort in mind for our guests.
Perfect for a couple or single visitor.
Located on a first floor (Europen standard) with three large windows all looking at Santa Croce Church. The renovation has been made with the best materials and designed by the famous architect Studio of Dario Bonan in Florence.
Our windows have been changed in order to have a sound proof apartment, given the lively atmosphere of the area at night.

We provide high quality cotton linens and our towels are all in the best terry cloth cotton available.

The whole apartment has been renovated with made-to-measure furniture and accessories.
Such works have been executed by some of the best artisans in Florence, like all the wooden parts decorating our walls and the kitchen and bathroom parts. The shower has marble walls and floor coming from Carrara and crystal sliding doors.
The accessories like the sink and toilet are from Park Avenue brand, which is one of highest available in Italy.
All the shower and sink handles are of classic and high quality design.
In the living area we have two electrical hot points by Zanussi, which guests can use to warm up food.
We have a refrigerator also by Zanussi.
The apartment is cooled and heated by two Mitsubishi Electric units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

the kitchen is provided with tools for basic cooking like pots and casseroles, all in small size proportioned to the apartment cooking and eating area. Not suggested for meals cooking.

Guests will find also water boiler for tea and Nespresso machine and capsules all included in the reservation price.
We like to welcome our guests with a red Tuscan wine which can be tasted with proper wine glasses.

The bathroom comes stocked with towels and a courtesy kit shower gel and shampoo.

We also have the following items available in the apartment:

Beautiful space and perfect location

This apartment was the perfect space for our stay in Florence. It was thoughtfully decorated and appointed, with everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was luxurious. It's in a great location. The walk from the train station is about 20 minutes but all sights are very easily walkable.

Great place and location!

We loved this space for our time in Florence! We met the owner who walked us through the nicely furnished apartment. Everything was super clean and comfortable and was the best air conditioning we had on our 12 night trip staying at 3 other places. The location was perfect and a quick walk to the events we had planned.

Wonderful Florence stay.

The rental works great, the furnishings are very nice, and extremely clean. The location is walking distance to all the major sights. A/C worked well, out stay was during summer. We considered it a very safe area. Host was very helpful with area suggestions on food, parking, etc.

Perfect little apartment

This little apartment was incredibly well thought out. The linens are high quality, they have sound proof windows & very efficient ac. We loved meeting Nemi who was very generous with local Suggestions on where to eat. We loved Marios down the street for coffee and you must go to Vivoli cafe a short walk for their affogato & croissants. Perfect place to stay- great location. Perfect for a couple.

Great location, cute and cozy for 2 people

My daughter and I had a great 4 night stay and apartment was central location to visit all attractions in Florence. Super clean, cute, and the hosts were amazing! Met us on the evening we arrived even though we were late, and made sure we were comfortable. Gave us many recommendations for restaurants, and many are just a few min from apartment. Had a wonderful time!

This location is ideal, between Santa Croce and Piazza della Signoria. The Uffizi, the Bargello, Ponte Vecchio are minutes away. The suite is beautifully decorated and though quite small, comfortable. It is clean and the all-important bathroom is clean and attractive. The hosts were very helpful when we needed their assistance in arranging a taxi to the train station for 6 am. I would stay here again if in Florence.

Perfecto!

This trip was amazing! First the communication with alessandro was super easy. We chatted prior to arrival a d he was able to make sure we were able to find the location. His wife lamer is and showed us how to get in, lock up etc. best of all they provided links to restaurant, grocery, wine bars etc. Location is everything and this doesn’t disappoint. It’s a 15 minute walk to everything from duomo, pints Vecchio , museums etc. Would highly recommend 10/10

Perfectly Perfect!

Our stay at the Santa Croce was perfect! The apartment was spotless and beautiful. It was well-appointed, and the selections gave the feel of a mini spa. The location was perfect for us to walk Florence, and our hosts facilitated parking for our rental. (No small task in Florence!) Perfect suite for two!

This suite is an incredible find for a trip to Florence! The location couldn’t be better for walking to anything you could want in the city. We were thrilled with how secure and clean the property is. The decor is modern and lovely. The bed is so comfortable! Our host was communicative and lovely upon greeting us. They went above and beyond to provide a digital map marked with recommendations for anything you could want or need, and were very generous and welcoming. Although we were out and about more than anything, we loved coming home to this suite every night. Bonus points for having a tv with a Netflix account logged in for the suite! I would certainly book this unit again if we return to Florence, and would recommend it for singles and couples.

An Excellent Choice

Really cute and homey. Down the street from Santa Croce Church. In a very nice area of Florence and highly secure. Nermin was very kind and showed us everything about the apartment in person and on video before our arrival. The aesthetic of the apartment is lovely and you can’t beat the full length mirror which we found rare during our trip to Italy. It was 100-103 degrees during our 2 days in Florence and the air conditioning in the apartment was able to keep up and kept us cool while in the room. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. It's small, but it was perfect for two people. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Florence apartment

The apartment was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed for a 2 night visit. Our amazing host was there to greet us, show us around, answer any questions we had, and even gave us incredible recommendations for local restaurants, etc. We had a minor electrical issue, but Alessandro graciously helped us out and took care of the problem while we were out for the day. I would recommend this place to anyone, and we would absolutely stay here again. Grazie mille!

Great location! Super clean and well appointed!

The mini-apartment is just as described on the web site. It is beautifully decorated, but truly small. The bed pretty much takes up the entire bedroom. It worked fine for us, but be aware it’s very cozy. We only had two things we thought could have been better: 1. There is a small table in the “kitchen” area, and it really needs two chairs. There’s no place to sit down and eat unless you want to sit on the bed!! Not sure why you need silverware or glasses when there’s nowhere to put them down. On the plus side there were a number of trattorias from inexpensive to moderately expensive within walking distance. 2. We had a terrible time with the front door key. You need to develop a learning curve on how to work the lock. The first day or so we really struggled to get our door open but we finally got it figured out though it shouldn’t take having to “learn” how to open a simple key lock. Finally, while the location is fabulous be aware that there are three sets of stairs (one long and two short) to reach the first floor! (Remember that in Italy the “first floor” is actually the second floor as we know it.)

Love Love Love!!!

I have stayed here twice and will definitely return in the next year or two for another stay. As a solo (female) traveler, I felt completely safe in this beautiful apartment. It is meticulously clean, and has a VERY comfortable memory foam bed and pillows, an adorable little kitchenette that has all of the essentials, and a luxurious shower with a "rain" showerhead. Another great thing about this apartment is the overall location. It is close to almost everything in Florence: I never got a taxi, all that I wanted to do was within walking distance. Above all, Alessandro and Nermin (hosts) are just absolutely wonderful and kind people. I felt like they truly cared about my stay and making it as memorable as possible. They prepared lists of their favorite places for me to go to, and always made themselves available for questions, etc. I cannot say enough great things about this VRBO rental, and highly recommend it.
