Main level has an huge deck with outdoor dining, seating area, lounge chairs, and grill. 3 car parking under unit. Close to restaurants, watersides, golf, miniature golf, shopping and movies.
Living room/dining room area surrounding by 4 glass sliders so it feels like you are outside all the time.
Two en suite master bedrooms with king beds and 42 inch flat screen smart TVs.
Third bedroom with queen bed and full bath across the hall. Also has a flat screen TV.
The house is located in a quite 8 home community. No worries about traffic on the way to the beach.
2018 is the first time we have rented this house.
No pets allowed. Unit owner is allergic to dogs and cats.

We are from Baltimore, MD. We have been spending the summers at our beach house since 2011. Now that our daughter is older, we have decided to share our home with others so that we can travel to new places.
Why they chose this property
Our house is located close to some of our favorite restaurants, Catch 54, Our Harvest, and Just Hooked. Our daughter has grown up playing at Thunder Lagoon water park and Funland in Rehoboth. Our home is ideally located to explore Ocean City, Bethany Beach and Rehoboth. Then you can return to the quiet retreat of our home.
What makes this property unique
We love our beach house for the quite Fenwick Island State park location and the amazing ocean views. When we bought our house we both felt so lucky to have a house this close to the beach. It is located in an 8 house townhome community.
