This condo is located on the beach side of the road just steps away from the ocean. You also have two dedicated beach side parking spots included with this unit. Enjoy fishing from the private pier or swimming in the large private oceanfront pool. Laid back Island living (voted one of the top 10 beaches in the South by Southern Living Magazine) just minutes away from historic downtown Charleston (voted the best tourist city in the US by Travel + Leisure magazine in 2020 - 8 years in a row).

Additional Info and FAQ’s: - We have contactless check-in and check out with coded door locks. - Our condo is located on the 3rd floor and the Sea Cabin complex does not have elevators. - Condo has a secure wireless internet connection and Comcast Xfinity HD cable in living room and bedroom. - Beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available though local vendors (in season). Just search online for beach chair rentals and give them a call or reserve online. We recommend reserving in advance during beach season. - Condo info booklet and a starters guide to Charleston and the IOP are located in the unit for your convenience. - Coin operated washers and dryers are on premises, but not in condo. - No smoking and no pets in this unit please.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) had a great stay for spring break. The location was perfect, walkableto many restaurants and shops and a short drive from many more. The condo was a great size for us and had everything we needed, and the porch view was amazing. We hope to return!
This condo property was a perfect beach side location close to the city of Charleston. The view was awesome! Sunsets and sunrise.The property was very clean and had all the amenities for a perfect stay. Decorated very nicely!We would definitely recommend and go back.
The beach access couldn’t be beat— view was awesome from the balcony. Property manager was helpful and polite. It is small ( especially the bedroom) but not a big issue.
Great Location on Isle of Palms with a beautiful view.
Clean condo straight down from the IOP Connector, right by the beach bars and shops. Easy access to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Downtown Charleston. Nearly 180 views of the beach. Great for beautiful sunrises and long walks on the beach. It is a 3rd floor condo and there isn’t a lot of room for more than 2 adults, but we’d definitely rent it again.
We misunderstood and thought there was laundry in unit. Found later it was in a community building with coin operated limits. Area was not clean and hard to figure out how to use units
Great stay - property as advertised. Cross a parking lot and you are at the beach! Parking included and convenient. Very comfortable bed. Responsive and friendly host - easy and enjoyable experience all around.
We loved the amazing views of the beach, especially at sunrise! The comfortable living room and balcony were great places to sit and watch/listen to the ocean. The place was clean and well-stocked (plenty of soft towels, all the kitchen utensils, pots, and such that we needed). It was super close to the beach, with easy access to the beach, as well as being walking or short driving distance from restaurants and a grocery store. Communication was quick and easy, as was checking in and out. We really enjoyed our stay!
Nice, comfortable and clean condo. It was cozy for the 2 of us. I’m not sure it would provide enough room comfortably for 6 adults especially with suitcases. Within a couple blocks of Harris Teeter. But loved the unit and the view of the beach was fantastic.
We both turned 50 this year and Charleston and Isle of Palms was the best destination.
A couple of notes: the bunk bed set up was a little awkward: very, very narrow mattresses right in the light coming in from the front door that stayed on all night.
Some of the doors stuck a little.
The gate codes didn't work at the pool or the pier and beach access, but we were able to get them easily from the host.
It would have been nice to have access to either Apple Play or Chromecast to the available TVs, or at least to have access to Netflix and other streaming services.
The view was amazing! And the kitchen appliances and bathroom were reallygreat.
We wanted to explore Charleston, but stay by the ocean. This condo was a perfect fit. Great view of the ocean from the deck and a short 1 min. Walk to the beach on a private walkway.

This was the perfect place for us to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The condo was on the beach. The view was beautiful. The condo was nice and very clean. It’s was walking distance to restaurant and shops. Perfect little getaway for us. Loved how the beach was not overcrowded. We definitely hope to return next year. The property manager was very quick to respond to all our questions. Also the check out process was very simple. If you are looking for a place that makes everything easy. This is definitely the place to stay.
This property was exactly as it was described. It was perfect! We had great views of the ocean and pier. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony in the morning and evening and listen to the ocean. The property was spotless. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Charleston. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
It was very clean and probably one of the best views at the entire complex. Had any sort of utensils one could need for cooking and allll the towels you would need. It was a great place and plan on going back in a month.
