Located overlooking the marina and walking distance to nearby shops and eateries this townhouse is in a complex of only 4 townhouses, offering peace and quiet on your family getaway. The Nelly beach starts almost at your doorstep and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning beach walk.

Waters Edge is made up of just four townhouses in the stunning marina precinct of Nelly Bay. This boutique complex of four sits at the streets end and so enjoys a limited amount of passing traffic. Number 4 sits on the edge of the marina away from the hustle and bustle of the ferry terminal.Waters Edge is situated in Nelly Bay in the marina precinct. Boats owners can enquire about a berth near to the townhouse by calling Magnetic Island Marina.

Your outlook from your top floor living area provides a space, outlook and view that you will find hard to leave.Other property features include; 400m to shops, modern kitchen and stylish dining and living area, 2 bedrooms, featuring queen beds plus the smaller 3rd bedroom has a single bed (suitable for children only) , two bathrooms and one features a spa bath. There is a shared swimming pool at the complex.

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful property in an excellent position. Although it sleeps 6 adults, the third bedroom (bunk beds) is tiny and really more suitable for children. However that said we had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this property.
