Treat yourself to this gorgeous attached guest studio to be the home base from which to enjoy Sedona. Enjoy beautiful red-rock views from the bed, the table, the couch, and the patio. You will have a private kitchenette, bathroom, and patio with fabulous sunrises and sunsets. The location is prime; a quiet, established neighborhood in upper uptown Sedona; walking distance to shops and restaurants and also to trails galore. This suite is quiet ( an 8 inch brick wall with no doors leading into the attached owner's house). Owner has over three hundred total 5 star ratings and is a 'super host' on air b and b. We will be happy to visit with you about where to eat and where to hike at different times of the day and the week and the year, taking sunshine, shade, difficulty, parking, and traffic into consideration.

There is a second ( shared) patio with different, equally spectacular red rock views to the north. Be sure to be on one of the patios when the red rocks light up at sunset! Early mornings are also magical, as we face into the sun rises and the morning bird symphony is great for meditating and re-connecting.

There is no oven in the casita, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, electric skillet, hot plate, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, and keurig coffee maker.

Spectacular View

Perfect cozy retreat for one or two! Private with lovely vegetation enclosing the outdoor space. And the view…breathtaking!! The casita is well-outfitted with anything you might need and I highly recommend it!!

Tucked away gem with amazing views in Sedona

This casita lived up to the amazing views in the listing. We brought our two pooches and enjoyed our daily walks in this scenic and quiet, yet conveniently located neighborhood. The hosts made check-in a breeze and were very communicative and helpful. Will definitely return.

Sedona getaway

Great location! The place was perfect for just my husband & I. We enjoyed hiking everyday. All hiking trails were a 20 min or less by car. Very good restaurants ose by. Our favorite sandwich shop was Sedona memories.

We loved our five night stay in the hills above Uptown Sedona. Quiet, comfortable and all we needed. Easy neighborhood for evening walks. Don’t miss a trip to Jerome. Such a cute town with quaint shops and restaurants. Get out early to beat the crowds. Have fun!

The Casita is small but perfect for a nice Sedona vacation for 2. We really enjoyed the view from the patio, and the location couldn't have been better for Sedona access. Bed is comfy, too. Very nice!

Perfect stay

I have been wanting to visit Sedona for awhile and decided to book this stat for our anniversary. The pictures don’t do it justice with the view. Sunrise and sunset are amazing. It feels like I’m watching a sci-fi movie from my windows. The home is clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very short drive to downtown. We could have walked if we wanted. We loved everything about Sedona. We enjoyed hiking, the food and shopping. I hope to come back soon.

Spectacular Sedona casita

The property is a beautiful, well maintained place in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. For those traveling with their dog it's excellent since the entire back patio is fenced in. The owners take excellent care of the property and we had no inconveniences, but rather a special time in Sedona at this excellent place. Communication with the hosts was first rate, and we look forward to returning in the future for a longer stay.

The greatest bed

Nicely appointed but the view is spectacular. Both of them. Very close to north Sedona and restaurants. We had out two dogs with us so the private back yard was bonus. But the bed. Getting a comfortable is really hard when traveling. That bed was terrific. It could have been a purple or memory foam but I was comfortable. Great stay .

Fabulous introduction to Sedona

We loved staying here and watching the sun set and rise against the rocks. Beautiful quiet setting in charming neighborhood. It's a short walk to a few restaurants and taco wagon. Traffic can be challenging for this whole half of Sedona at peak times so you will want to plan accordingly. Easy quick drive up the canyon toward Flagstaff is beautiful and recommended, lots of walks/hikes available along this drive, though parking is scant so you will need to plan to leave early or head up in the afternoon to find a spot. 10/10 would stay again and recommend.

Absolutely Stunning!!

Property was perfect for my mom and I. The patio off the front was our nightly hang out, sipping wine and watching the shadows change on the red rocks as the sun set. Very quiet neighborhood which seems far from the touristy area of Sedona yet is only minutes away from the major attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a fortunate person who gets to split my time between beautiful Sedona and gorgeous Alaska. I spend time with my children and grand children in Cordova, Alaska every summer (and many holidays), which is why my house is available in Sedona while I am away.

Why they chose this property

This house in upper 'Uptown' Sedona is an absolute jewel, even for Sedona. It is located in a quiet, established neighborhood and yet close to all the 'action' of Uptown. Perhaps the most unique thing is that the landscaping does a great job screening out other homes and roads and frames the amazing red-rock views. THIS is the best place to watch the rocks light up with brilliant colors at sunset and also to be greeted by the sunrise shining into your eyes in the mornings ( don't worry, you can draw the shades)... It is in a quiet corner of Sedona where morning meditations can be enjoyed on your private patio with views of Mund's Mountain. Also enjoy sunsets on the shared patio that displays a second, equally amazing view of Wilson's Mountain. Traffic is light up here and neighbors are friendly. The interior of the home is artistically embellished and has a sweet, welcoming feel to it. You will be staying in the attached casita, a lovely suite adjacent to the main house.
