This one story house offers our guests, 3 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms. 1 bedroom has a full size bed, 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the master bedroom has a queen size bed with walk in full-bathroom. 1 bath tub, heated pool , outside grill , high cilings for great natural lighting , lots of windows & a cozy vibe. This Hampton bays house recently had some interior renovation, beautiful finished wood floors, whole house was freshly painted with a beautiful classic gray for a calm and relaxing atmosphere!

Great Girls Weekend!
This house was everything that we needed for such a hot weekend! The house and pool was everything that we needed and Hilary's hospitality was amazing! I would definitely come again!

Paradise on earth!
The photos of this house do not do it justice! The house was so clean and so beautiful! It had everything we needed and the host checked in with us. The perfect location, everything was within a 10 minute drive. Will definitely be back!

Two couple stay for Hampton wedding
We were so happy to stay at this property. The grill and kitchen space allowed us to make all meals. The patio/pool space is wonderful and could sleep 3 couples if okay with sharing bathrooms. The guest bath does have a tall skinny shower, not just a tub which was an added plus! We enjoyed having smart tvs to watch the us open and college football all weekend! We would stay here in the future. Driveable to all beaches and main street areas!

Clean and convenient
Very clean house with lots of thought given to what you may need and quite possibly forgot. Pool and deck are well maintained. Location is super convenient to beaches, stores, and restaurants. Quiet street, good for young families. One of our favorite homes to rent in the area!

The best experience all around!
This house was a dream vacation for me and my family! From the second we walked in, I was completely blown away by the impeccable attention to detail. It was like staying at 5 star resort with all the amenities - but better, because it was our own home for the week. I was actually hesitant to write such a glowing review because I don’t really want to share this gem with the rest of the world! The host is the most gracious and responsive host of all time. She has thought of everything when it comes to renting her beautiful home! I would have stayed there the entire summer with absolutely no worries or concerns if I could have! In fact, we are already planning to rent again next year! I cannot wait to go back. The home is so spacious, so clean, and decorated beautifully! The backyard and the pool is what initially drew me to this house - and it did not disappoint. In fact, it was better than I could have imagined. I absolutely love this property and I am so happy to have made such special memories with my kids this past week! And to continue to make new memories next year!

Very clean welcoming home, and the host takes extra special care to set things up so nicely for your arrival. Great neighborhood for walks and wonderful pool and deck area.

Immaculate house and extraordinary outdoor space!
The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Anything we could have needed was provided, from beach towels and corkscrews to chip clips and pool rafts! The deck/pool area was hands down my kids’ favorite part—lots of toys, lounge chairs, umbrellas. Hampton Bays is charming and beautiful, and we would stay here again happily. My only recommendation for improvement: I’d consider putting bunk beds into one of the rooms. My kids weren’t keen on sharing a bed. We had a wonderful time and loved the house!

Lovely house. Ideal for a family. Nice suburban location. Beach and town only a short drive away.
The house was perfect for us. Lovely pool area. WiFi and enough tech for the kids. The house was clean and well looked after. The photos are a good representation. The local beaches are very pretty as Is Hampton Bays itself. Typically nothing is really walking distance although only a very short drive. Would recommend stay.

This is a great house! We definately will rent again. Heck I'd buy this house if I could!
Beautifully renovated home with relaxing pool central to restaurants and the beach. Everything you need is there including a tooth brush. Beds are new and comfy. Everthing is neat and clean and well kept. Thank you making our beach vacation a breeze!
