Excellent location central to mountain/town/golf, Mtn views & Hot Tub! Sleeps 12

This nicely appointed raised ranch has 4 bedrooms with a 5th tv/bonus room with beds. Has 8 person hot tub on the extensive deck which looks directly at the Worcester Range. Also has fireplace in the living room. We are close to the Stoweflake, and directly on the path to watch all the Hot Air balloons from the deck during the Stoweflake Balloon festival in July. Downstairs has a rustic bar in the game room for fun with your whole family. Large expansive lawn for croquet or sledding, as well as hammock next to the gurgling brook to nap in.

We love our home and hope you will treat it like your own. Come create amazing memories with your family here, as we have with ours!

No pets or smoking allowed. Will not rent to groups of people unrelated under 35.

Perfect Vermont getaway property

If you are planning a trip to Stowe, this is a great property. We do a family ski trip between Christmas and New Year's and this year was terrific at this comfortable, well-equipped house. We were a party of 9 - two families - consisting of 3 parents and 6 kids ranging from 14-20. The teens loved the hot tub - even with the below zero temperatures. The home was convenient and comfortable and every amenity was provided. Denise was hands down the nicest VRBO host I've ever worked with. She answered all my questions promptly, and made the rental easy access/easy use. We will definitely come back to this home next time we are in Stowe!

Excellent home for a large group

This is a spacious home a few miles from the main town. The property is very well cared for - the owners treat this as their second home and expect you to treat it the same way. Big lawn is great for lawn games, hot tub is spacious, and the fire pit makes for a great evening. Note - if paying by credit card the owner passes on the credit card fee to you so the total will be more than what is booked via the site.

Convenient, spacious, and comfortable retreat with views!

Our family of 5 plus 6 friends stayed at this conveniently located house minutes away from both town and mountain. The wrap around deck with hot tub offered beautiful views. We were even able to sled, snowshoe and have a snowy campfire all on the property - perfect! The inside offered so much room, with 2 full floors of living and sleeping space. We were able to both hang out together as a whole group, and find our own private space for downtime as needed. The accommodations are super clean, well-stocked, comfortable and hassle free. The cool, rustic dining room table offered plenty of room for group meals, with windows reminding you of the mountain setting. The owners were accessible to answer all our questions. I can't wait to go back again!

Great house with a nice view

This is our second year staying at the house and we love it. We plan to return next Columbus Day Weekend. The house is located on a quiet street just a short drive / bike ride to the shops. We are a group of 11 that come up to Stowe for the Leaf Blower Mountain Bike Fest and really enjoy the hot tub after a day of riding. Unlike some other listing we have seen this house does sleep 12 without resorting to pull out couches, etc. The house itself is clean and offers most conveniences you would be expecting. The large table allows us to each together and the living room is big enough to be able to sit comfortably after a long day.

Great location in the summer time

Denice could not have been more thorough. Everything was exactly like she mapped out and the local suggestions on restaurants were spot on. We just needed a place to rest our heads at night so this review will not be lengthy. All in all, the price was right and house was clean and comfortable. I suggest the downstairs rooms in the summer if its hot, they stay really cool. We both ended up switching to the basement because of the heat outside.

Fabulous for family fun!

This great family home was a perfect place for our big family to gather. There is plenty of space for group activities as well as a little private quiet time! The kitchen and baths are generously stocked with all the basics so you don't have to drag it all with you! The owners even welcomed us with a basket full of treats and goodies! The location is great: halfway between the slopes and town! We have rented a number of vacation homes but this one was a fast favorite! The owners pay close attention to detail and are easy to communicate with both before and during your stay! You won't be disappointed!

Great house for a Stowe weekend!

This home was great for our group who likes skiing and snowshoeing. The house was clean, comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and also had a great dining room table. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

House is beautiful and very comfortable. Close to the mountain, restaurants, food store and shopping. On a private road so it is a quiet area with all the fun within a very short drive. See the mountain as you sit in the hot tub. Enjoyed our time there very much and will return. LET IT SNOW!!!

Great place to stay and enjoy the outdoors.

Our stay here was totally enjoyable. It surly has all the amenities you could ever want for a relaxing weekend or weeks stay, to enjoy the wonderful area. The location is well situated to all the activities that are offered in this beautiful mountain area, many fine restaurants, shops and activities. I would surely recommend this spot.

Perfect Mountain Escape

This creatively appointed home-away-from-home has a uniquely cool mountain lodge feel. The house and large property offer privacy while being close to town, shops, restaurants and Stowe Resort. Dine and lounge indoors or on the spacious deck with an unobstructed view of the mountains. The yard is perfect for lawn sports in warm weather (cricket, bocce etc.) and sledding in the winter. Hit up the fire pit and hot tub at night and call it a day! Whether you're skiing, hiking, biking or just taking in the scenery, I'd highly recommend this property for a weekend or week-long excursion. We can't wait for our next trip there!

gorgeous

This home is so comfortable and delivers all the qualities of home. Beautifully decorated and spacious for a lot of guests to spread out and have personal space. Rooms are nice and big and have everything you could need for your stay. Conveniently located to get to stores, restaurants, mountain, and town, but still off the beaten path for a nice quiet and relaxing stay. I can't wait to go back!
