Concert weekend

Perfect place to stay. We had 4 adults and plenty of room. Great beach front location and easy walk to Pier Park and Frank Brown park. We would return again.

Amazing Stay

The property was exactly what we needed. Clean, well stocked with items for the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. We love Calypso have stayed there for many years but this is the first time we have stayed in this room. Will not be the last.

Calypso resort

Comfortable and clean

Comfortable and clean. Could have easily accommodated a family with 2 to 4 children. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, arcades, piers, pools and beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location. It's on the beach almost across the street from Pier Park. The unit was exactly as described. It was very clean. I would stay in this unit again.

Nice, comfortable condo. Most of the property staff were helpful and friendly. Found the master bathroom shower/tub door to be a little different. Plenty of water made it to the floor. Had to wash towels and washcloths almost every day due to the limited number available. No hand towels. Enjoyed our stay. The gulf water finally opened for us to enjoy on our last two days.

Loved our trip!

The Condo was perfect and had everything that we needed-full kitchen, extra beach chairs and more. It was also just across the street from Pier Park so it was easy to walk to even with littles ones (ages 3, 7). It was super easy to reach the owner and she returned messages quickly. 10/10 recommend this condo and adding to my favorites.

It was a great stay!

Everything was great! Easy to enter the property and the amenities were good. The only thing it needed was some new pillows. Other than that it was clean and enjoyable! We will definitely look into this condo again when we return

The unit was on the 6th floor...perfect location! The furniture had been updated from the pictures on the listing, so that was great! Within walking distance to Pier Park, so no fighting traffic. Iris was great to work with.

🏝️ Amazing!! 🏝️

Condo was very nice and clean. Everything was just as listed. We loved that it is within walking distance to so many activities. Very helpful and convenient having beach chairs in the room to use. My favorite part was the tall chairs on the balcony, the weather did not cooperate for us the whole time during our stay so I could bundle up and set on the balcony to enjoy the view. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us we can’t wait to book again.

Great condo!

We've stayed in 3 other condos in the Calypso and I was very pleased with this one. I had two issues I had to call Iris about but she resolved both quickly! I appreciated that. Condo was clean. Pleased with the kitchen supplies (plenty of tools and all in good shape). Pleased with the nice chairs (even other guests commented on them, lol). Pleased with the beach toy basket and boogie boards. I even scanned a few of the books in the bookshelf so I can read reviews on them when I returned home. Everything was provided! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Iris!

Would book again!

Our overall stay was great! Unfortunately, it took us a half an hour to get a working access code for the door. This could have been for multiple reasons. A few of the numbers on the keypad are sticky/eroded, we also tried our access code a bit early, which caused the code to need to be reset. However, even with our delay with getting into the room, the host was awesome and extremely responsive and even granted us with a gift card for our troubles. The location could not of been better and the condo was a perfect fit for myself, my partner and our 2 kids. Also, the pictures online feature old furniture, when we arrived, to our surprise the condo was newly updated with even nicer furniture then pictured! Needless to say, I would 100% book here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with our Family Iris!

Great View, Location, and Responsive Host

This location is terrific, right on the beach and near many of the best Panama City attractions. The condo fit/slept my entire family of five real well, this includes our three young girls. The two negatives for this condo included the balcony sliding door and e-lock on its front door. The balcony sliding door decided not to work on our second day after we had put many of our beach supplies out to dry. The Host responded timely via text when I reached out but it still took a few hours for the handy man to respond and fix the sliding door. The front door e-lock takes a 6 digit combo for entry. This e-lock would occasionally not respond properly to the code for a minute or two leaving you standing at the door with a handful of beach stuff with the kidos getting stir crazy 😕.

We just returned from pcb and we had a little issue with the elevators not working some of our stay, just thankful that we were only on the 6th floor. Positive points: comfortable bed, WiFi( teen was glad), nice view from the balcony. Condo was close enough to the pier for fishing and close to pier park, nice to have access to the umbrella that was in the room. Also boogie board there to use. Cons: when you shower in master bathroom water will run off the side of the tub into the floor, needs more drinking glasses, need new coffee maker, this one leaks. Also need a spatula ..also I was disappointed that there where no beach chairs only to regular folding chairs and I asked because according to the listing there where beach chairs in the room...I had two that I left at home because we thought they were not needed. Also this condo has way to many wooden beach chairs... Hard to find a spot for those of us who don't want to rent a wood chair and they have three full rows right on top of each other!!! Way to many and way to close. I'm not trying to be picky but I have to say that the new owner was right on top of the lack of hot water when we arrived( not her fault). She had a maintenance person there to check it out pronto!!! Extremely nice lady who bought this unit, thank you Iris!!!!

Served our girls trip well

I’m familiar with Calypso and had stayed before but not at this unit. I really liked being on the 6th floor in case of busy elevators, we could do the stairs. Room was clean (although I always wipe everything down upon arrival at any condo) and location is great for teens to be able to walk to Pier Park and area restaurants. Every condo is different on what is provided. It would have been nice to have a kitchen towel and kitchen wash cloth to use along with starter dish soap. I usually bring dish soap but only packed dishwasher tablets and bathroom hand soap and cleaners. Not a big deal. The cushions on patio chairs also need to be replaced but again, not the end of the world. Owner was always prompt to address our questions quickly which means a lot. We never even needed the cards to access the pools which wasn’t surprising. If you are looking for security to patrol the property, this one really doesn’t and never has during any of my stays. (Some places really patrol guests and require proof of staying at their resort in order to hang out at the pool.) Our kids/teens are the only ones that used the pools this trip anyway and they didn’t mention any issues. Master bedroom mattress was new and slept great. Pullout couch mattress didn’t seem to bother the 11 year olds that slept on it. You could tell it wasn’t very old which was great. There were multiple beach chairs in the unit to use and at least 2 umbrellas which was nice to have available although we didn’t end up needing. Overall, I’d stay here again on a future girls trip!
