This is charming near new house with self-contained flat (with two fully furnished bedrooms) within the house. You will have your own private lounge, bathroom and beautiful deck (with garden) through slider door. You will also have your own door key so that you can do in/out without using main door in the house.

You will also have a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates ,cutleries, cups, wine glasses, etc and also accessible to high speed free fibre optic Wi-Fi.

Clean and handy location but kitchen facilities inadequate
Listing implied there is an area for cooking so we brought food but were unable to prepare as there is no bench or sink for cooking. Bed very comfortable, more bedding and more than 1 towel each would have been good. Parking a bit tight.Outdoor area very pleasant.

Cosy unit
Small unit but everything you need just take some cooking equipment eg slow cooker or electric frying pan as we did then we had everything we needed than you for a beautiful stay

ROACHES
If your a bigger build don’t bother staying here you can’t even get into the shower without it becoming a hazard. I found cockroaches in the main bedroom at 2am in the morning when getting up to go to the bathroom. It’s also very dusty so if you have allergies not the place for you and it is not a kitchenette it’s a cabinet with a microwave and a jug.

Property is what we needed during our 2 night stay in Auckland, it was tidy and clean. The pictures made it look like it was its own house, but it is situated on the bottom floor of the main house towards the back. Good communication with the property manager. Would recommend

Yes, it was lovely stay. Everything was fine…would be a little better if we have a direct drinking water access in kitchenette area like kitchenette tap & sink. Host is very cooperative and helpful. We recommend for everyone. Great stay for us as a family. Thank you

Property failed in cleanliness. Property is a part of main house and it was noisy.
There is a permanent big gap in the shower door. Water leaks out of the shower on the main floor. On the first day , the host requested us to shower at the corner of shower area so the water does not drip on the floor. However, I guess it can be easily fixed by a handy man. Basically cannot shower at peace. He should have mentioned in online listing as host already knew about the problem. Found cockroaches at the property. Did not enjoyed the stay at the property.

This place is safely tucked away at the rear of the property. The family are super welcoming and we chat when using their kitchen facilities. The place is clean and well presented. I would recommend a stay here. A big thanks to our hosts!

Beautiful home & wonderful hosts. Close to the motorway & to Henderson township. Very homely
Thank you to Kedar and his family. My girls and i had a very pleasant stay. The whole unit was comfortable and the venue was close to the places we needed to go to. We were thankful that our hosts provided us with a toaster and jug. I had a chilly bin but maybe for future thought for the host to get a lil fridge. I would recommend this place to others and hope to rebook again in the future as the price was perfect for us as we drove from Wellington. Thank you for having us😄
