THUR MARCH WINTER DISCOUNT INCLUDED at time of booking! Welcome to the ideal beach getaway! This 2-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow is just around the corner from beach access and walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants, bars and parks. Beach town living at its best w/ multiple skylights, hardwood flooring & a/c in all rooms. Summer months include deck seating, charcoal grill, beach chairs, and 2 adult beach passes. Utility fees will be added at booking. Ring doorbell and owner accessed smart thermostat. Please do not alter these smart devices. Due to personal preferences and/or unknown allergies no household, health or beauty products are supplied. Discount and Priority reservations are given to entire summer renters.

Born in NYC, I met and married my husband in Long Beach. This was our primary home for many years until life took us to the West Coast. Now I am a Real Estate Agent in San Diego County, specializing in serving the Military but enjoy working with all my clients.
Why they chose this property
21 Michigan St is in a prime location. A true beach house, you will find sand in the streets, sunshine filtering thru the many windows and ocean breezes often cooling off the house. We love that we can walk around the corner to the beach, down the street to the pubs and restaurants. We usually park our car and never think about it again. Pack the work world away for a while and remember if you have to check we do provide wifi :)
What makes this property unique
Nicely renovated with hardwood floors, windows and skylights, granite gourmet kitchen w/new SS appliances and decorated to perfection this is a beautiful house to call your temporary home. One look at the photographs and you will see this is a well appointed Beach get away.
