The private gated interior courtyard & fountain will greet you upon arrival. The charming courtyard is the perfect outdoor lounging area for quiet time to curl up with a great book on the modern seating, or to simply catch the morning while enjoying the peaceful fountain.

This spacious back yard and pool deck is the perfect setting to entertain friends and family with gorgeous golf course views of the golf course, lake, and majestic mountains views to the west and the privacy to enjoy it all while being tucked away behind lush landscaping. The beautiful pool and spa with tranquil spa waterfall spillover feature are the centerpiece to the entertaining space, which also features a fire pit with bench seating, and a built-in BBQ island with light. The expansive covered patio has an outdoor dining table with seating for 8, and an inviting sitting area with 4 rockers, and an outdoor TV beside the fire pit.

Everywhere you look is grand and spacious inside of this estate. The upgrades are all here in the gourmet kitchen including a 5 burner gas stove, double ovens, fridge, dishwasher, slab granite and rich custom cabinetry. The oversized center island is at the heart of this kitchen, with raised bar seating for 5. The living room opens to a wet bar with mini fridge, sink, and bar glasses. A large comfortable sectional and club chairs, a gas fireplace, and a TV with built-in surround sound complete the room. This space is open to the kitchen with panoramic windows to let in natural lighting and views throughout.

The luxurious and spacious Master retreat features a California King size 4 poster bed, HDTV, and private entrance to the patio and pool area. The oversized ensuite master bathroom features a walk-in closet, separate vanities with makeup counter, soaking tub, and a large shower. The private detached casita is Bedroom 2 and has a California King, wet bar, ensuite bathroom, and for additional guests or youngsters, there is a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living area. Bedroom 3 has a two Queen beds, flatscreen TV, and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a California King, and en suite bathroom. The office can sleep an extra guest with a sofa bed.
