Perfect! Wished more than one window could open.

It's a perfect property in ALMOST every way. Location, convenience, and ease to access were top notch. The only challenge was natural airflow. Because it was late autumn and there was a nice breeze, it would have been nice for fresh airflow. Regardless, we would definitely go back.

Electricity out on second night in bedroom area…no way to reset the fuse as all power runs from downstairs in the business…at least we couldnt find a fuse box.

Swansboro is an old quaint town on the water with cute shops and restaurants. The apartment was awesome! It was spacious and the view of the water, dock and boats was amazing. The bed was super comfy! Emerald Isle is 10 minutes away. We will definitely be back!!

Rainy, but a good time anyway!

Loved being waterside! Swansboro is a cute town. We watched an impressive concert in the town square on Sunday evening. Emerald Isle beach had adequate parking. Beaufort was also a good stop. Carla was a great resource of things to do on what turned out to be a very rainy vacation

Love this place

Liked it so much the first time I stayed again! Great location with parking spot. Bright loft like floor plan and the bed is extremely comfortable. Easily walkable to everything and beautiful view of the water.

Swansboro Weekend

Charming beach house with view and access to fishing, boating and meals. Lost of shops in charming main street/front street of Swansboro. Great Breakfast at Yanny's which was walking distance from VRBO. Both my wife and I are very familiar with Swansboro, Emerald Isle, Salter path and Morehead and Atlantic beach. Would stay again if it is open when we want another vacation retreat.

Great VRBO & location.

Well, this is a great loft / upper level apartment. It has the older feel you like in a historic area. The floors are uneven giving it that charm you want & the view from the kitchen window is unsurpassed. There’s nothing we didn’t like about the place, it was simply lovely. It was extremely clean & that’s always a plus. So you’ll know this is a real review, I’ll dig deep for one disappointment, when we woke up the coffee jar was empty, oh no, no coffee!! Crisis averted as the location is slap in the middle of old Swansboro, coffee was available on either side of us & our first world problem was averted. We’d definitely stay here again, charming with a large comfy king size bed & the bathroom was perfect for a short stay. We parked & never needed to drive until we left two days later, don’t hesitate to book your stay.

Nice location

Property is on the water. It is a 2nd story apartment, and the kitchen and living areas are spacious. The heat is provided by electric fireplaces, so the bathroom does get quite cold. We did encounter roaches in the kitchen and the living area while we were there. Also, the windows do not have a lock or screen on them. I have little children, so that was a safety concern.

Left two days early! Don’t try it...

The property had a large set of stairs to the second floor which was not in the ad. Upon arrival Friday it was musty, minimal electrical outlets, braker tripped Sunday morning and noticed mold on ceiling and wet wall in bedroom. Left 12/30 instead of 1/1 even though we lost substantial $ with no trip insurance. Not sure it even meets code.

12 steps turned into 20. Not to good for the pups but we handled them. After climbing the layout of room was nice, very clean. I always thought a kitchenette meant stove, NO STOVE. We have rented thru vrbo many times, if there was a problem call the contact and they would get it taken care of but here, the TV went out, so I was told by contact person for me to make contact with repair person. Thanks to Kenneth and Danielle for replacing the TV. No umbrella on the porch. The town is nice but we will not stay here again.
