Welcome to our resplendent, recently remodeled townhouse. Fresh and zany pops of color contrast with sleek new furnishings and fixtures for an enriching home palate.

Inside the cavernous space, each room seems larger than the last. You and your retinue can spread out and expect luxurious comfort and all the details you'll need to make your stay in St. Louis a memorable one.

On the first floor, wander through multiple sitting rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area. Clamber up to the second story and find all three bright and tranquil bedrooms. The cherry on top? Each floor features outdoor wooden decks so you can appreciate the view of the neighborhood.

LIVING ROOMS
A vivid maximalist interior design decks these two lovely spaces, filled out with carefully picked amenities and beset with beautiful white-embossed baseboards and window casings. The living room is furnished with a suspended Smart TV for entertainment, a plush colossal sofa, a handsome reading chair and an art-deco style carpet with a flower motif.

An archway and sliding door leads into a fabulously arranged sitting room showcasing a vintage sofa, fur-accented chairs and a myriad of multi-sized tables splayed on a distressed Persian rug. Gather your crew and sip cocktails while you engage in meaningful conversation, play a party game, or dish the dirt.

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area unite in one spacious room creating an intimate restaurant feeling. The kitchen features an abundance of state-of-the-art cooking amenities and granite countertops at your disposal. Stock up on fresh ingredients and look forward to prepping some local cuisine in between restaurant visits.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 3 BEDROOMS
On the second floor, retire to one of the three oases that offer resort-like comforts with tasteful flourish. The master features a king-sized bed and plush bench, and ensuite access to a full bathroom and private wood balcony and a private balcony. The other bedrooms offer queen size beds and indoor benches as well to accommodate luggage or personal accoutrements. All rooms are adorned in bright colors with bold modern accents .

BATHROOMS
The master bedroom offers direct access to the master bath, replete with two sinks and a shower and bathtub. Another full bathroom on the second floor caters to two other bedrooms, and features a window. The first floor boasts another full bathroom that can be accessed from the kitchen.

PARKING
This home includes two free spots in the designated parking pad behind the home. You may also park in front of the home, directly across the street, for no charge.

The remodeled townhouse is nestled just minutes from Barnes Hospital, Cortex, Forest Park, and IKEA and home to countless restaurants, shops, music venues, and microbreweries. With easy access to nearby HWY 64/40, The Grove is arguably St. Louis's coolest AND best-located neighborhood.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. In addition, it allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and labeled as "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee."

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10 pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.
