Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. There are beachside activities and water sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 17- August 2. We offer 5-night rentals March - April, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February rentals require stays of 28 nights. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 18 years old. If the renter is not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit will be required. A photo ID is required.

Winter getaway

Condo was exactly as pictured on VRBO. View from 2nd story was great and location was very convenient to everything. Owner was exceptional on responding to a few minor issues that arose and also offered many helpful suggestions on places to eat and things to do in the area. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again,

PCB never disappoints!

Nice unit. Only complaint was that the floors were very dirty. Management sent the cleaners back over to clean the floors. You couldn’t walk across the floor without your feet being black on the bottom. Everything else was as stated in the description.

This was a complete bust of a trip. Also this is not “beach front”. No communication at all was had with the management group, also. Tried to get in touch Sunday, Monday, and later on in the week. Absolutely no follow up from “vacation life properties” besides a text message saying a refund would not be possible if that’s that we were looking for. “The Shores” was overcrowded. People swimming in the pool either completely clothed or hardly clothed at all. There was standing water outside of our room and the staff was impossible to understand. The experience Was so and we backed our stuff and left.

This unit was located on the 2nd floor so no problems with parking or elevator . It was very clean and had a great view of pool and beach. Beautiful property! The only negative was having to wear the wrist band the whole time in property I have a terrible tan line!

Great condo but building left a lot to be desired

The condo was great! However the building left a lot to be desired. We found out the indoor pool was closed. We had booked this condo specifically for the indoor pool knowing the outdoor pool and ocean would be too cold to swim in. Figured they would’ve refunded some of my money due to this major amenity being under construction. I also feel they could’ve notified me that the pool was shut down beforehand and given me an option to cancel and rebook a different location. Building was under construction and even had the water shut down!

Beautiful Location!

Great condo on a beautiful beach. Location of condo was perfect - on the 2nd floor of resort - same floor as parking garage. Made it easy to get to vehicle each day, as well as getting to pool and beach without having to wait for an elevator! Property was clean and comfortable - like a home away from home. Our family especially loved the PacMan arcade game - lots of family competitions took place! I also loved the balcony with chairs and table - enjoyed my coffee and book out there each morning!

Great location/view

The place was perfect, loved having parking on the same floor as condo. It wasn't too crowded but did have problems with the pool staying open. Luckily I don't go for the pool, beach is just steps away. Enjoyed ourselves!

Perfect Family Vacation

Everything about our stay was great! The room is just as it shows in the pictures and very clean. The resort was perfect for everyone in our family and close to the beach. We were able to walk to restaurants and activities for the kids. The resort needed to replace piping and had to turn off the water for a few hours during our stay, but we barely noticed. The communication on this was great, and allowed us plenty of time to prepare. We would love to stay again!

Property owner needs to respect renters privacy.

Resort is always nice. Room was nice. Wasn’t crazy about the ring doorbell but it was advertised on the front end. It is definitely getting used by who knows. Also wasn’t crazy about getting a phone call from the property owner the first day, advertising himself as a manager at Shores and reaching out about an issue the cleaning crew had reported to be fixed when the actual resort had no record of any maintenance request. Then a text the second day telling me they were coming in to get something that had been left whether I was there or not (it wasn’t a maintenance issue and probably the reason for the phony maintenance call). No, there was never a question as to if it was ok or when I would be available for them to come in with me there even though I asked for such. They came in anyways, but I contacted the property management group and hopefully they talked to him. Would’ve been a lot easier and a lot less sketchy had he just been honest. After that, the stay was nice. However, it’s hard to relax when you know people are watching you go in and out and willing to come in whether you want them to or not. Definitely won’t be staying there again.

The condo was just as advertised and pictures were accurate. Very clean and great view!! My wife and 5 year old have been coming to the Shores of Panama for 4 years and this was our first time staying in this unit. It was definitely a plus being on the 2nd floor and avoiding the wait times for the elevators. Will book this unit each year going forward!!

We love staying at The Shores if Panama and always try and get either a ground or second floor room for convenience. We loved having reserved parking on the second floor which made it a breeze. Condo was beautiful with a great view. Our three and a half year old loved having the PAC MAN game in the room!

Overall an great resort.

There are a lot of rules and one must wear a arm band for safety. It was also the off seasons, a lot of places were closed. But the location, weather and condo were great. Would return.

Perfect stay especially with the rainy cold weather

This ended up being a very cold and wet week. We were so thankful for the indoor pool and hot tub plus the arcade game for our family to enjoy. The condo was well set up for our family. Great stay overall!

Excellent Location, Very Secure

This condo's location on the second floor is fantastic, as it did not require use of the elevator, so there was never any waiting. The property is close to everything and is extremely well-maintained. Employees were constantly tending to daily upkeep and/or managing security details, and it felt like a very safe environment. The pools and hot tubs were always clean, we saw absolutely no trash anywhere, and the gates were always staffed, ensuring only tenants were on the premises. The parking garage did get a little noisy later in the week, which carried over into the condo, but that is to be expected during bike week with so many cycles coming and going. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the accommodations and would absolutely recommend this unit and this location to anyone.
