You'll be on the edge of the town of Santa Clara, with easy access to nearby attractions. From here, you’ll be able to venture out into the gorgeous sandstone cliffs and canyons of nearby Zion National Park (only 45 miles away), indisputably one of the most stunning places in the world.

The home itself is undeniably beautiful. Full of dark hardwood floors and cabinets, high ceilings, granite counters, and modern decor, this home is certainly impressive. Large windows let in light and allow you to look out at the sunset-colored hills and blue skies that make Southern Utah so special.

Four light-filled bedrooms (two king beds, a queen bed, and a twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle) allow up to 12 people to sleep comfortably, while three bathrooms will minimize fighting over who gets to shower first! This home offers plenty of space for your large family, but it would also be perfect for an office team-building retreat or a long-overdue reunion with old friends.

The kitchen is one of this home’s most stunning features: complete with beautiful new appliances and plenty of space on the luxurious granite counters, it is perfect for cooking dinner for the whole family! This large room is connected to an eight-person dining room and spacious living room with a flat-screen TV. Guests may also cook out on the built-in Weber gas grill, or roast hot dogs and s'mores over the open flame of the gas firepit on the patio.

Though the inside is gorgeous, you’re definitely going to want to spend some time outside, indulging in shared amenities like the huge two-tier infinity swimming pool and the relaxing hot tub. Take a magazine and your most glamorous pair of sunglasses with you and soak up the sunshine. This community also offers a fitness center for guests.

If you want to get out in the town, plenty of shopping and dining options are available in Santa Clara (about two and a half miles away). The larger town of St. George (about eight miles away) offers even more options, so you'll never get bored. WiFi is offered in this home so you can keep up with work, like cute pictures of your mom's dog on social media, and binge-watch your favorite shows online.

Of course, the outdoor experience is the highlight of Southern Utah, and Zion National Park (45 miles away from your door) is its crowning glory. Choose between activities like rock climbing, hiking, and horseback riding through the park’s impressive sandstone canyons during the day, and stay late in the evening to watch the sun set behind the cliffs. Stick closer to home and enjoy Archie Gubler Park across the street with sports courts, a play structure, a splash pad, and picnic areas.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
