We understand that pets are part of some families, which is why we are proud to offer pet-friendly accommodations for medium size "non-attack type" dogs for a nominal one-time fee. Our cozy yet modern spaces provide the perfect atmosphere for you and your furry friend.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for cooking whatever meal you desire - complete with incredible amenities including cookware, dishes, flatware, glasses and appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker (with starter kit) plus an onsite dry bar complete with wine glasses, champagne flutes & cocktail stemware!

Rest in style after exploring the area by snuggling up under fresh linens provided in each spacious bed-chamber featuring comfy pillow top king/queen size beds and a queen sleeper sofa for those extra guests. Pamper yourself to your heart's content: bathrooms come equipped with towels alongside plenty of shower essentials like shampoo & conditioner plus hair dryers too. And don't forget about that huge walk-in closet off the Master Bedroom giving extra space so packing light doesn’t have to be mandatory…

Our villa also comes loaded with modern amenities such as free WiFi throughout the property making it a perfect location to catch up on work or social media. On top of this, two outdoor pools overlooking Lake Travis are easily accessible, plus a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, day spa, rental shop, merchandise store, tennis courts and outdoor BBQ pit areas for the ultimate island experience.

Furthermore, there are free boat ramps available for guest use so you can maximize your time on the lake. And if that’s still not enough, Island Marina slips may be available for rent via our third-party partner meaning all your aquatic needs can truly be met!

The Island on Lake Travis has 2 free boat ramps for guests use.

The “Main” High Water Boat Ramp is open when the Lake Travis water level is between 679’ MSL (Mean feet above Sea Level) and 666’ MSL.

Lake Travis is full at 681’ MSL. Note: If the water is above 679’ MSL the ramp area is flooded and not for use.

The Low Water Ramp starts becoming visible at 661’ MSL and should be available for use when water level is below 658’MSL down to approximately 643’ MSL.
All Launching of boats – is ‘launch at your own risk’!

Boat and trailer parking is available on a first-come first serve basis. Lake water levels need to be below 675' msl (mean sea level) for the trailer parking.

Please visit the Lake Travis water level website for update levels prior to arrival.

Perfect staycation
This is our 3rd time at this condo. We love the condo and how much the owner's pay attention to the details and answer any questions quickly. We use this spot as a quick staycation since we only live about 30 minutes away. It's nice to just watch the lake and we love the spa as well.

Great place!
Great inside and view from balcony is wonderful of the pool and lake. Beds were very high quality and master bed was super comfortable. Parking spot was great too with a view of the arched windows to the lake right there.

Iconic Getaway
Our family recently welcomed a new baby and was in desperate need of a relaxing staycation near Austin. This property was exactly what we needed and much, much more. Astonishing views with luxury furnishings. Everything you could think of was already thoughtfully provided and labeled clearly. The host was in contact almost immediately after booking and responds quickly to any questions. Check-in process was super easy and so were the instructions. We couldn't believe the views at all times, especially sunset! The outdoor pools were well-maintained and you could still enjoy the panoramic views. We also enjoyed the nearby attractions and tennis courts. It was amazing to be able to relax with a toddler, newborn, and our dog with not a single worry for once.

We stayed for 3 days at this property. The owners were great hosts and even when we managed to overlook the gate code clearly in a previous communication and had to reach out, they responded almost immediately! The surrounding area is gorgeous and deer roam the property. This made it a serene place to take a walk and just enjoy the views of the Hill Country. The actual condo is very well-appointed and well kept. The only thing we would change would be the complex’s maintenance-there were some critters-spiders, wasps, and hornets in some of the common areas in an abundance that indicated that there was no attempt to control these. Also, the pool could have been cleaned more frequently. It appeared that they only cleaned it on Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise, a fantastic trip. Lago Vista is a beautiful place and certainly a unique travel destination in the Lone Star State!

The property manager was very attentive - the indoor pool was not functional because or refurbishment and the outdoor pool was intermittently open and closed. Which was a bit of an bummer as we didn’t get as much pool time as we would have hoped. Overall we had a good time and the apartment was a good amount of space for our family.

This is a hidden gem just a short drive from Austin. It's a resort style condo with a great little spa and nice amenities. The hosts are very accommodating and responsive. The condo is clean, the kitchen is well appointed, and the beds are really comfy. You have a great view of the pool and the lake from the balcony. The only downside is when there are folks playing loudly at the pool, but it is also fun to people watch.

Beautiful remote place - but.
Beautiful view overlooking the Colorado River & Lago Vista Pool area. Personable and helpful owner/ property manager. Remote area - though outside of the island it was surrounded by neighborhoods. Overall Cleanliness was lacking. Problem with dishwasher & odor. . The owner was very responsive. The owner sent someone to clean & troubleshoot dishwasher ( due to the garbage disposal) When we used the dishwasher later there was still a nasty odor so we just hand washed the dishes.

Absolutely wonderful place to wind down the tear and begin the New year
This was a cosy, absolutely clean apartment, fully equipped as clearly described in the listing. The views from the balcony area are as stunning as shown in the image. The entire apartment complex is in a gorgeous and peaceful location, with a mediterranean/ European look. Even though the water line was low, the water was pretty picturesque. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the rocks and observing the still water and scenic views and few rare boats. But the feature that captivated my girls and all of us most were the deers! There were so many of them and we were thrilled to see them in such close quarters and feed them. There were enough pet relieving spots and the apartment smelled perfectly clean despite being a pet friendly place . The interior of the apartment complex were beautifully decorated as well, with many spots for stunning photographs. Girls enjoyed the hot tub on a cold winter night and felt it was heavenly, while I enjoyed the absolutely still night and starlit sky. We will definitely recommend the place and will come and stay again.
