Best ocean front place
We stayed here for the third time with a group of friends. The place is clean and well managed. The location with the pool and the private beach is unbeatable. I can only recommend it.

Perfect location near Arashi Beach
This property is in a great location walking distance to numerous beaches so you do not have to drive and worry about parking. The house manager, Anneke, was tremendously helpful and always on call. The house is a little dated, but everything worked and we were outside most of the time anyway. The pool and outdoor area are superb. I would stay here every time I go to Aruba with a large group. We had 11 people ranging in age from 7 to 62 and had way more room than we needed.

Excellent location for an all adult stay
Held 14 people comfortably, not on top of each other. Clean property with stunning views. Needs electric updated and fixed, open outlets and not nearly enough outlets. Beds aren't the best and added kitchen cooking equipment for large groups. Not a good property for small children or disabled. Our group had a great time though!

The location was terrific, the house while big has lots of potential but is worn and not well maintained. Examples: over half the light bulbs in every bathroom were burned out. All toilet room dispensers were broken. The towels were stained and several had holes. The kitchen had limited dishes and silverware. Didn’t even stock salt & pepper. There are no written instructions many things that would have been helpful such as for getting TV service. Again, the location was perfect.

Aruba Beach House
Home is great for a large group. Plenty of space for guests. Property is clean and staff are great. Property is old and does need some maintenance so don’t expect everything to be perfect - some faucets leak , carpets could be cleaned - minor stuff. Overall I would recommend for a large group as long as you’re not too picky and can deal with items that come up in an older home. The location on the beach right in front of snorkeling location is top notch.

Beautiful Location
A beautiful location, took my whole family here we had 16 people and had an amzing time. I would have appreciated better initial communication on how to check in or get into the building. However once we were actually inside and met the housekeeper our host was always available and helpful for any and all of our concerns . We will definetly come back!

Ocean Front Villa
My family and I had a wonderful time in Aruba. The location of this property was fantastic. The house was dated but we didn't spend a lot of time inside. We did cook most of our breakfasts, a few lunches and one dinner the rest of the time we ate out at the wonderful restaurants in Aruba. While we were at the house we spent the most of our time in the ocean and the pool area. The snorkeling in the ocean was all you could ask for. We noticed that a lot of ships brought people to our location for snorkeling. The beauty of it was that we didn't have to pay to go on a snorkeling tour.

So many things wrong with this building We understand that there are future renovations or demolition coming but the property is not being maintained at all and it certainly is not worth near what the nightly rate we were charged VRBO will be hearing from us

The Perfect Paradise
This property is luxurious and located right on the beach! The house is situated in the Island's best snorkeling location. If you are looking for a sandy beach, Arashi is within a three-minute walk. The property easily housed our entire family and we had plenty of space to hang out...whether we were inside or outside. It has its own pool which was also great with so many children. This is one if the nicest beach front properties for rent in all of Aruba. The pool area also has plenty of shade for those that need some time out of the sun. They had masks and snorkels as well as a variety of pool floats. They also had a kitchen in the pool area with a refrigerator which was great for keeping adult beverages! Our family had the best time and I would highly recommend this property if you have a large group or family. The house is less than 20 minutes from the airport and had plenty of parking for our entire group. The kitchen was large enough for our group...though we only used it for breakfast and a few lunches. There is also a washer and dryer so many of our guests did their laundry before heading to the airport. So many amenities and features! Best location, right on the beach, beautiful sunsets...the PERFECT PARADISE!

Great location with stunning views
We chose this house because of the size of our group. We had 11 adults and 1 child and needed 8 rooms with 7 bathrooms. Although the reviews do note that there are opportunities for renovations, which is true, the house was perfect for what we needed. Bath towels, beach towels, and a fully applianced kitchen were available. The house was clean and the two women who came to clean mid-stay were lovely. Anneke was available any time we reached out to her and was kind enough to allow us to add two days on to the start of our trip and to give us a late checkout on the last day. The pool was great! It was so nice to go to the beach in the morning, then float in the pool in the afternoon when it was really hot before getting ready to go to dinner. The AC in the house is divine when you need it during the hottest points of the day. You are less than a 5 minute walk down the road to Arashi. Less than a 5 minute drive to the lighthouse. Less than 10 minutes to the Palm Beach Plaza. And about 15 minutes to Oranjestad. And the concierge service that comes with the house was amazing. Mariska was a life saver! I cannot say enough good things about her. She helped with dinner reservations, planning excursions, scheduling testing, and answered any other questions we had about things to do in the area. Would absolutely stay here again if we needed this much space.

We had an absolutely amazing time at oceans edge. The location is second to none. Fantastic views
Oceans edge is a wonderful villa. The location is absolutely fantastic. The snorkelling that can be done right outside the villa is some of the best I’ve done in my life. Anneke was wonderful, any little problem we had she sorted it straight away. The concierge service, which organised prearrival groceries was also a very welcoming touch after a 20 hour travelling day. We have a wonderful 2 week holiday at the oceans edge, however the villa really does need some attention. It is very dated and is very much in need of an upgrade. The kitchen does not have enough supplies for the amount of guests which stay. We had to go and buy extra cups as there weren’t enough for everyone to have a morning coffee. The villa wasn’t very clean. All the gym equipment was covered in dust and the beds smelt very musty and not very fresh. The pictures of the villa don’t really give you a full idea of what it is like. The stairs are a death trap. We closed these off on the first day as they are totally unsafe for children and we just used the little path on the outside of the house to get to the pool. This was a nice walk as there are lots of little lizards sunbathing on the path. The children enjoyed watching them. Overall we had a fabulous time at oceans edge however for the price we paid for the villa we did expect a five star standard of villa and at best it was three. The view and location was the best thing about it.

FABULOUS VACATION SPOT FOR A BIG FAMILY!
We highly recommend this villa for large families. We are a family of 20, and it worked out fabulously for us. There were just a couple of downsides that I'll get out of the way first - 1) The interior is dated. The MBR is huge but 70s-ish. The other BRs are a bit small and barren. If you need a smart, stylish, Ritz-Carleton-like place, then you might be disappointed. 2) It's a bit remote. The Arashi Beach Shack is a fun beachy eating spot very close, but that is it. It's 2 miles or more to all other restaurants and grocery stores. NOW, for all of the great things about this home -- 1) The pool and the large sitting areas around it were fantastic. We spent hours here with the grandkids swimming and the adults enjoying the sun and the cold drinks. 2) The beach is right in front of the house. And there is terrific snorkeling right there. You can walk along the water approx 200 meters north and you are at Arashi Beach, a beautiful white sand expansive public beach. The Arashi Beach Shack is a fun bar and eating spot with good drinks and casual food. 3) The common areas are all big and great for gathering. The dining room - with a little creativity - was able to sit all 15 of our adults for dinner. We had a local chef come in one night and that was excellent! The upper level patio/deck area stretches from the dining room past a couple of the BRs and overlooks the pool. Great seating for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. 4) The kitchen worked well. Not gourmet or elegant, but certainly had all we needed. 5) Great Response by Owner. All our inquiries and requests were responded to promptly. Anneke and Mariska were very helpful and accommodating and made our stay so much more enjoyable. They helped arrange rental cars, excursions and the chef! Our family made a lifetime of memories here. For us, it was a perfect place to gather for a week on this One Happy Island!

Location, location, location
Let me start off by saying the location is incredible. We really loved having the beach right outside the house! Careful tho, wear your shoes, it’s not all beach, you walk through some spiky spurs, thorns and plants walking down to the Beach area, the photos are very dated from the current state of the house. We had a full house which included two babies under 9m, one toddler 2.5 yrs and an 84yr old. Warning: the only stair case to get down to the pool area is a spiral stair case, I ended up having to book a secondary rental down the road for my grandmother to stay at with my uncle because it was not realistic for her to stay there. There is a glass gate to the top of the stairs, but if you have small children you MUST keep an eye on them. The second floor balcony glass banister is stunning but it’s loose, keep the kids far away from the bbq and balcony area (we were warned about this upon first meeting property manager that this was an issue in the past) 5 out of the 8 days we were there, the AC in the main living area stopped working (which is another reason I had to move my grandma, it got very hot) managers got ac people there who stated they could not fix it within the duration of our trip. We had some issues with bugs in the kitchen which the management had pest control out there the next day. The toilets backed up, upper floor could not flush for a day, they did get people out there eventually. Unfortunately it is not well maintained with water damage and broken lights. Another way to get down from the front door to the pool is going around the house, but the grate at the top of that walk way is rusted and missing slats, I had a guest slip into it and had to get a tetanus shot due to the rust. The pool bar drain does not work, we had to scoop out dirty water from the bar area with a bucket when the hosts said they weren’t sure how to address the issue. There’s free electric in the master bedroom, we had to move the toddler out of that room because it was unsafe PROS: the location is beautiful, the pool is very large, it came with floats, snorkels (which we left a few behind for future guests), the second kitchen down by the pool area is very handy when making lunch. OK for a large ADULT family. Managers OK with gatherings. The dated decor did not bother us at all. Basic Safety updates and regular maintenance would benefit this property and it would almost be worth the asking nightly rate. Update to listing needed. Managers were very nice

Great Location
We loved our stay and you can't beat the pool and the location right on the ocean. The decor is rather dated, linens are worn, and the house has maintenance items that need attending to but sit outside and enjoy the breeze and none of that matters.

Perfect location with amazing space, pool and view
I rented this home for a family vacation (8 people) and everyone loved this property. I had a hard time finding specific information about this property so I am happy to share details with others. First of all, the home is located at the best snorkeling area in Aruba. We were out every morning and afternoon and saw different corals and fish every time we went out. Also, Arashi beach is an easy 4 minute walk for a VERY sandy easy entrance, a restaurant/bar and more great snorkeling. We watched sunsets from the pool area each evening. The pool is large, clean and warm water. The pool deck area has over 10 lounge chairs and an outside eating area. There is also a Men’s and Women’s bathroom at the pool level and an outdoor shower for rinsing off. The home itself has plenty of room for everyone. The main floor (above the pool area) has a balcony the length of the house with a great area for meals and for viewing the ocean at all times. There are 4 bedrooms in one wing of the house, 3 with en-suite bathrooms. there are another 2 bedrooms off of the kitchen with a shared bathroom. We spread out and everyone had room to put clothes away in the closets, had comfortable beds and plenty of space. My son choose one of the two king size bedrooms with access from the pool deck - also with en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 ways to get to the poolside rooms - down a stone path from the front door to the backyard or down an interior spiral staircase out a door to the pool area. Our first meal was catered by La Braise and we ate at the dining room table which fits over 12 comfortably. We played games each night in the TV area with couches and chairs for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and make many tropical drinks. The property manager, Anneke, is wonderful helping me with plans and met with us upon arrival. The property (interior and exterior) is care warn and in need of repair with aesthetic opportunities. However, everything worked - all appliances, plumbing, air conditioning, etc. There are other rooms in the pool level (gym, kitchen, pool toy room, etc) that smell of mildew. There was no need for us to use these rooms other then to borrow the toys so no big deal. For us, this property was perfect for everything we hoped for.

Lovely stay for a large group of friends
We had a great stay at the house. Anneke was super helpful for anything we needed while there. While a short drive to palm beach, the location is great and right on a prime beach for snorkeling, close proximity to Arashi beach. We had to take a lot of taxis for activities and Anneke connected us with her taxi driver who was also extremely helpful since we had a group of 14 and were out and about all over the island without a cae rental. The only cons: the kitchen is a bit bare for cooking, and the house is a little dated.

very best property in Aruba
We stayed at this place with 8 friends for 10 days. The house is exactly as described in the pictures. Very spacious, large bedrooms and an incredible location with beautiful views and direct access to the beach. Anneke was very responsive and helped us with food delivery the day before our arrival. I would recommend it too all my friends and family.

A beautiful property with its own small beach but less than a minute walk to a great local beach. This home has a great floor plan for a large group allowing enough privacy as well as nice open center where everyone can hang out together. Our house had the best view of the water. The house was huge and comfortable for 15 of us. The pool was enormous. It was our first trip and we would rent this property again❤️

Perfect House for a Large Family Gathering
My son got married in Aruba and a large group of our family members rented this wonderful house. It was huge! There were 16 adults, 4 children and 2 infants and we had so much room, we never felt cramped at all. The pool space was terrific and we spent most of our time enjoying it and the snorkeling beach right at in front of our house. The beach is basically one of the snorkeling stops you will go to if you go on a snorkeling excursion. While the house decor is a little dated, it served our purposes well, we cooked breakfast every day and some dinners there as well. The property manager was available to me at all times since she was just a phone call away. Whenever I called her, she promptly answered the phone and was very helpful. It's really the perfect house for a large family or group event.

A beautiful trip to Aruba!
A beautiful and wonderful location! My large family had lots of room to spread out with excellent spaces for also being all together around the pool and dining tables. The photos do not do the house layout or the spectacular location justice. Though the decor is a bit dated and the kitchen a bit thinly supplied for meal preparation, the openness of the house and the beauty of the surroundings made up for those things by far. We look forward to returning!!
