Centrally Located: There is no better location in Tagaytay than Serin West. It is situated in the center of tagaytay, along the main Tagaytay road, Aguinaldo highway. It is close to the chain of restaurants like Balay Dako, Leslie's, Breakfast at Antonios, etc. It is also just across Ayala Serin Tagaytay, so getting our groceries, eating out or getting massage in the mall is very convenient from here.

Spacious condominium: It is a 2 bedroom condo that has a queen size bed, a twin bed with pull out bed and a sofa bed. It has enough sleeping space for a group of 6 to 8. Unlike other condos in tagaytay, you dont have to feel cramped in a small condo on your vacation, as this is a 90 square meter property. The balcony is huge too and the property is overlooking the swimming pool.

Brand new unit, brand new furniture & appliances: The unit is tastefully designed and all the furniture and appliances here are brand new, as in a high end hotel!

Villa-feel: Because the unit is located at the first floor of Serin West, and is the closest unit to the pool, it feels like you are staying in a private villa with an attached pool. You can watch your friends or kids swim at the pool at the comfort of your bed in the masters bedroom which is overlooking the pool or the balcony area of the unit.

Fully Furnished: The unit has everything you need for your vacation! Both bedrooms have beds (queen size in the masters & twin with pull out bed in the 2nd bedroom), aircondition units, storage drawers, ceiling fans, pillows, bedsheets and duvet & lamps. The living room has a sofa bed, flat screen TV, dvd player, electric fan & aircondition unit. The dining has an expandable table that extends from a 6 seater to an 8 seater, and has 8 colorful chairs that go with it. The kitchen has 2 induction stove, rangehood, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, induction pots and pans, plates, glasses, utensils, cups, etc. That are all good for 6-8 guests.

Huge TV with Netflix: The unit has a 55 inch television with a dvd player, local channels and an android box for streaming movies & watching netflix.

Cooking is allowed: Why spend so much on eating out when you can just chill with you family and friends with home cooked meal? The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. We allow light cooking like boiling, frying, heating, etc.

There are 2 bathrooms with heater & beautiful vanity mirrors!: You'll enjoy a nice hot bath in the cold of Tagaytay. The bathroom has both rain shower & handheld shower with hot & cold settings. The bathroom is also perfect for those who need to put on make up as each bathroom has a vanity mirror that lights up!

Huge balcony: The reason why most people visit Tagaytay is because of the cold weather. What better way to enjoy that than to hang out by the spacious balcony overlooking the pool & feel the cold breeze on your skin. We've set up the balcony with some chairs and tables for those who want to just hang outside.

The playground, the pool & the view!:
Up to 3 guests are allowed to use the swimming pool during your stay. Kids can use the playground & there is a viewing deck at the 8th floor of the building with a breath taking view of the Taal Volcano.

Other things to note

Swimming pool can be used by 5 guests at a time, 8 persons can take turns. Pool fee is Php 100/per person for weekdays and Php 150/per person during weekends.
Swimmimg schedule: 10:00am to 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm to 9:00pm
No pool every tuesdays ( Pool maintenance)
Pool fee can be paid directly to the admin office of the building
There is an additional 280/pax after group of 4 pax

No smoking inside the unit.

Please keep the unit clean at all times. Please don't leave garbage & dirty dishes behind.

Please eat only in the dining and balcony area. No eating in the bedrooms as to not attract any insects inside.

We need to get all the names and Ids of the guests staying in the unit & submit to the property management.
