This upscale gated community is centrally located (Hwy.41,E.) in close proximity (5 miles) to Naples famous downtown 5th Ave. shopping and dining district. Naples closest sun drenched, white sand beach is approximately 6 miles from this property.

The Isles of Collier Preserve is an amenity rich community offering owners and guests access to the following:
Resort style zero entry pool, Lap Pool, Cabanas, Tennis, Ping Pong, Basketball, Pickleball, Kayak, Paddleboard & Fitness Center free of charge.
There's also an on site restaurant, Overlook Bar & Grill, conveniently located by the community pool.
Exercise, spin, yoga classes and water aerobics offered for an additional fee ($10/class or 10 for $75)
Community boat tours are offered (free of charge) 4 times per day, based on availability….via the sales office.
The property has beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, pool floats & 3 bicycles.
