I am a software architect, I design and sell my software on the Internet. I bought this house in 2009 and since then I have renovated it almost completely. I live in this house 2 to 3 moths per year, when I need quietness to allow me to concentrate, so you can find all amenities you would have at home.
Why they chose this property
I chose this zone because it's extremely quiet, you are in walking distance from Nerja downtown, but at the same time you are a few yards away from the "Sierra Almijara y Tejeda" natural park. You can take a walk upstream one of the Chilla river effluent streams, to a small dam through a tropical river bed and enjoy the wilderness around you.

Peaceful quietness in which you go to bed smelling to jazmin and wake up with the birdies singing
