Spectacular Ocean front condo in highly desirable location. This condo was completely remodeled in 2023. "100% teardown to studs". Cool Air Conditioning, noise dampening windows and walls.
Top end features throughout, no expense was spared. Waterfall countertops, Bosch appliances and a Temperpedic Luxbreeze mattress to help you sleep in cool comfort.
Magnificent sunsets from poolside/hot tub or your private lanai. "Shorefront is rocky and fantastic for snorkeling, however there is no sandy beach directly is in front". Pool and Hot Tub and right on the ocean and looks towards downtown Kona in the distance. Great view of 4th of July show in Kailua Bay. Sea Village Condo is just a short walk to downtown Historic Kailua-Kona. Close enough for convenience, yet far enough for a peaceful stay. Condo has its own large private heated pool and hot tub, both overlooking the ocean. Barbecues for outdoor cuisine. Coffee shop located on property. This is a very private condo facility the boasts one of the best views in Kona. Home is air conditioned and very well stocked with kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, and other amenities to ensure your complete comfort. I take great pride in ensuring that your vacation is one of relaxation and comfort. The Big Islands boasts a variety of sandy beaches and fantastic snorkeling beaches. I have added photos of some of my family's favorite spots on the Island.

Great Honeymoom Spot

The condo was beautifully remodeled and well stocked with all we needed. Great location. Less than a mile walk to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. AND whale watching!

Best Stay in Kona

The stay was just what we wanted. When we arrived the property manager had food available for us since we arrived late in the day. The property was like the photos and very clean. Everything we could have needed the property provided. The property manager was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything and was very helpful and kind. My husband and I would stay there again. It was everything we were looking for and some. We are so thankful to have found this property and are looking forward to returning there again!

Big Island....Fun and Adventure

This condo was exactly has described. Location was perfect for seeing all of the sights on the Big Island. There was snorkeling gear, and anything else you needed for the beach. Everything you may need has been thought of. Great rental.

Enjoyable stay on The Big Island

We were looking for a quiet place with parking and a good view that was close to restaurants and attractions. The condo was perfect. Very quiet, yet close to town. Well stocked with everything we needed for a weeklong trip. Especially enjoyed ending the day on the lanai overlooking the ocean. Would happily return!

Awesome!!

This condo has everything ! It’s spacious, all completely new & beautiful. It is home away from home with new all Bosch appliances & all the amenities you could want. It’s also very quiet. The TempurPedic bed was wonderful. We stayed here from 3/1-3/15, 2024 & will go back in a heartbeat. The ocean view is gorgeous. Sad to leave the island now as we sit at the airport awaiting our flight.

Perfect spot for relaxing

This condo was perfectly situated about a mile from town making it an easy walk to shops and restaurants. It was well appointed making it easy to cook meals with easy access to the BBQ area. The pool area was very nice and the other guests were very friendly. The owner was extremely helpful, giving easy directions to the unit and making check in effortless. We look forward to going back soon.

Great place, great view

Overall, we were very impressed with the place from the location, to the cleanliness, to the view. Every morning around 630/7am the dolphins swam in the bay and we could see them from the kitchen. The pool was great if you just wanted to relax after being out and about all day. We loved Kona and definitely will be back. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

Great Location, amazing views!

My wife and I stayed here for just under a week and we loved its proximity to downtown Kona. We would see dolphins in the morning if we happened to be out on the lanai drinking our coffee. The condo had all the amenities you could ask for during your stay. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. All in all my wife and I had a fantastic stay here and would happily come back to this condo!

Perfect!

The condo was a perfect addition to the amazing scenery. The view from this space must be the best of all the condos. Shortly after we arrived, we witnessed a beautiful sunset and things just got better! The hosts have thought of everything, so check it out BEFORE you go shopping! Fantastic Stay in Kona

My husband and I spent a week at this well located condo. Communication with Chris, the owner, was outstanding. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with good quality cookware and dishes, there were plenty of beach items (including a small cooler, which was great), and beach towels. The common areas were very nicely maintained, and we appreciated the grills and picnic tables. The sunset view may have been one of the best parts of our vacation!

Aloha! Best Kona location !

Our stay was better than anticipated, very well equipped condo with everything we needed including all the beach toys to use! Fresh fruit was waiting for us on our arrival too. Easiest check in we've experienced in our travels to Hawaii. Very close to shops, restaurants, and downtown. The free trolly was a surprise and could be picked up right across the street. We walked to most places and enjoyed the views along the way. Chris, the owner, was available anytime we we reached out. Very responsive! We will be back!

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. We felt very welcomed with a basket filled with papaya, pineapple, maui chips, and a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts. Every thing was clean and spotless. The view was magnificent. It was very peaceful looking out on the ocean. The property was very well maintained. Chris was always available for questions. We contacted him a few times and he responded right away. Thank you Chris for the perfect vacation. Will definitely stay here again when coming to the Big Island. Tim and Laurie

Kona Sea Village

Common condo grounds were well located and very clean. during our visit, the spa was out of order, pool was not heated during winter. Our unit was quite dated, needed an update,and serious cleaning. one kitchen cabinet door was broken and missing. To the credit of our owner, he credited our payment for $200 due to a rain date. overall Kona was welcoming and beautiful, many beaches, restaurants, and sites.
