Sunscreen also provided, located in the bathroom medicine cabinet. You'll find beach toys, floats, nets, chairs, and an umbrella on the closest.
From the new Serta sleeper sofa and swival chair (added Sept 2024), to the very comfy king size bed and furniture, (added Dec. 2022) you will have a difficult time saying no to this fantastically priced beach front gem. Enjoy shrimp boils in the fully stocked kitchen...or enjoy a cocktail on the balcony in new chairs (added Dec '24). Wonderful place right by the ocean

We felt so special and pampered by the owner. The little touches, candles and lotions. We had a wonderful week and will definitely stay in this condo again. Its right on the water and has beach service. We were staying a week and the free beach service saved us a ton. My niece is autistic and even she felt safe and at home. Best vacation spot ever!!

Great place to stay!

Everything about this place was great! Ms Cyndi was phenomenal. The condo was stocked with everything you needed to start with and Ms. Cyndi was super responsive with any questions we had. The condo is perfect for a couples vacation but I think you could comfortably accommodate 4 people here with the sofa sleeper. Also being directly on the beach with beach chair service made our vacation 10 times better. Sunset Beach service was great. Over all 10/10 experience will recommend and will come again!!!

Can’t wait to come back!

Last week was my 3rd time staying here and I’m already booked again! I absolutely love this condo! It’s really clean, decorated so cute, close to the beach and it feels like home! Stocked with anything you could possibly need and Cyndi is the sweetest! Counting down the days until our next stay!

FWB gem

Right on the beach, close by restaurants, gulfarium, arkade for rainy days. Very clean and cute inside. Kitchen stock up with everything you need. Very comfortable bed and pullout sofa. Great pool next door. Cindy was absolutely amazing by emailing and texting back with all the answers of questions we had even let us check in way earlier than check in time.

Great condo right on the beach!

We really loved staying here. The condo was very clean and right on the beach. The host Cyndi was awesome and super communicative. When I booked the reservation I told her that it was my fiancé and I’s first vacation together and that we were also celebrating his birthday. She left us snacks/drinks and birthday treats- super thoughtful and kind! She also gave us tons of great recommendations for places to grab dinner. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. I will be recommending to family and friends!

Absolutely adorable condo!

This place was amazing! You can tell the owner put a lot of extra love into this unit. Extras, extras...so many extras! Beach towels, chairs, a breakfast (no food) tray on the bed...She even left gourmet cupcakes and a graduation card for my 18-year-old who just graduated. Her communication was superb (although mine was not; sorry!). Even though there is not an elevator, it wasn't a bad trip up the stairs, even for this lady with recent knee replacements. The location is perfect. We never went over five miles to eat. The size of the building is so small, I think there are 12 units total, it keeps the crowds away. One of the best parts of the stay was the beach service that was included. We had the sweetest and most attentive young man, Benjamin. Others in neighboring buildings had to pay daily for tor their service. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The owners did not ask us to do anything crazy before we left, other than take out the trash and put lines in the tub. Did I mention how adorable it is? So many cute extra touches. It was like I was staying in a friend's home rather than a stranger's condo. I hope I am always able to find availability here, because we love this place!

Perfect Vacation!

Went for a getaway for the week on beach. Hostess was amazing at communication. Condo was beautiful and clean. Entire process was smooth. Location could not be better. Parking was great!

Perfect Getaway

We try to seek out smaller properties to avoid the crowds and this one is perfect. There were only 7 umbrellas on the beach during our stay! Fully stocked kitchen and extra beach supplies in the closet. Newly remodeled and comfy bed. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous!

The only thing I could say negative is that they don’t do justice with the pictures of the beach that you see from your balcony. This place is absolutely amazing. The inside is beautifully decorated. The hostess was amazing with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely little place

Just right for 2 adults. Peacefully decorated with some nice little touches. Well appointed kitchen, bathroom and beach chairs/umbrella. This is a 2nd floor condo and the stairwell nearest is currently under repair and not usable. This building is older, but our condo was spotless. A nice place to just relax at the beach. The host was warm and helpful. Thank you Cyndi!

Villa Capri stay.

The condo was very inviting. One small problem, the grill on our deck was very rusted and falling apart. Also the one for also condos was the same way. Feel they needed outside maintenance for clean up. The condo itself was very clean and the decor was very nice. Would stay there again.

Don’t let the outside appearance of the building jade your thoughts. This condo is very nice inside. Perfect home away from home and directly on the beach. Recently remodeled. All the appliances you could need or want. Great interaction with the owners as well.

Fabulous place!

This condo was clean, beautiful view, just steps away from the beach. The owner Cyndi was very accommodating. We were there to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday, and she left us a bottle of wine chilling with a little cheese and crackers. If we are ever back there for vacation, I will definitely be booking with her again!

Wonderful condo and location!

Our family of two adults and one teenager really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and smelled great! (I am always concerned about how a place will smell as I’m ridiculously sensitive to smell.) The A/C was nice and cold which is much appreciated in Florida. NOTE: it is definitely a small condo which is made clear in the listing. We weren’t surprised by that. But just be sure to understand that there isn’t a lot of extra room. And even though it’s small, it has everything you need, including some extra beach chairs, some water toys/buckets, and even a small cooler. We specifically wanted a more authentic and intimate experience, someplace different from all the high rise hotels and condos. We also wanted to be directly on the beach to simplify beach-going. It was the perfect choice for us. The beach service that is included is PRICELESS! So convenient for so many reasons. Cyndi was wonderful to work with and very helpful with tips and recommendations! She recommended the SeaBlaster in Destin and we had a super time! Beach vacations aren’t typical for us but we wanted to try it once! We were more than pleased with our experience at Villas Capri. We most likely won’t have the opportunity to stay here again but we certainly would! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ll start by saying this is in a not so busy location which was wonderful and easy beach access. The condo was just as pictured and clean. Before we arrived, Cyndi messaged us to let us know there was some construction on the property to repair a hole in the stairs which happened to be the stairs next to our condo. Not a huge deal and we appreciated her letting us know. We avoided it by using the stairwell on the opposite end. I do feel that the property owners are dragging their feet on fixing it since no one was there the entire week of us being there to work on it and I’ve seen previous guests have also had to deal with this. We had a few issues with the two TV’s in the condo. They would not connect to the apps. We let Cyndi know and she was quick to call the cable company and resolve the issue which we were very thankful for since we have a toddler who needs to be entertained around the clock. Speaking of toddlers, if you have small children, I would recommend bringing a shower stopper so that they can take baths. The one on the shower is broken. Lastly and the reason we cannot leave a 4 or even 5 star review is because JUST KNOW when you rent this condo, you will NOT have access to either of the pools in the pictures which was the MAIN reason we stayed here. We were asked to leave and they knew Cyndi’s name before we had to tell them. We were told she has done this for years and that we should take legal action/request a refund. False advertisement-You pay for the pool!

Getaway May 2023--Construction :(

First of all, Cindi was wonderful to work with. She was very communicative and allowed us to check in early, even leaving us a gift. Unfortunately we found out on the way down that there was a pretty major construction project going on at the time--painting and there was literally a hole in the stairs next to our room. The room itself was fine, a little on the tight side in the kitchen. More than two people could not comfortably stay here. I usually cook a meal while staying at a condo at the beach, but didn't even attempt to here. There was also a slight smell (mildew/urine) around the HVAC vent going into the kitchen. The furnishings were nice, the bed was comfortable. The fixtures on the other hand were definitely older--all functional, but part of what comes with an older unit. All in all, we made peace with the mess and noise on the exterior, the unit was suitable, and it was right on the beach, which was very nice. The free beach service was great.

We had a wonderful time. It was in a nice area, we had access to two different pools. The beach was wonderful with the beach chairs. Cyndi was wonderful about meeting us to get an item we left in the condo. I wish we had been able to stay longer.

Best month ever

Our condo was perfect . We only had to bring our clothes and toiletries. The whole stay was perfect . We had our own balcony and could see the waves everyday plus it’s just a short walk to the beach . The owner was very prompt when I had a question .

Beautiful long weekend

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our anniversary. The location is great- you are literally steps from the beach- and the chair service was great. Nothing beats the gulf coast sunrises and sunsets in October!
