2 bedroom one bath villa, located in the heart of downtown Delray Beach just one block from famed Atlantic Ave. New pool and outdoor area shared among listings HA 7283978, VR 7469045 and VR 7493422. One bedroom has a king bed, the other has a queen. No twin beds or pullout sofa.

Just one short mile (15 minute walk/free public transport available) from the ocean.

Property has gorgeous Art Deco inspired look. Villa has been gut renovated and feature a full modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.

All new modern furnishings and 50-inch flat screen smart tv with Netflix and Amazon tv capabilities. Wifi available. In unit washer dryer. Beach towels and chairs provided. Free parking for up to 2 cars. Toiletries are not provided by host.

Outdoor features large pool, barbecue, chaise lounges, outdoor sofa and dining set

Each of the four adjacent apartments share the pool and common area. For guest's safety, security cameras are located on outside of property only. No smoking or vaping of any substance anywhere on inside or outside of property.

Great location in Del Ray and close to restaurants and the tennis complex!We were happy there and it’s dog friendly!Construction was going on next door to another property next to our rental but it was no one’s fault. We will come back

January getaway

We stayed here for 2 weeks. We opted not to rent a car because we were two blocks off Atlantic. We were able to walk everywhere. The weather could have been better but it was never cold. The condo was very quiet which we loved and having a washer, dryer was great. We had a couple of problems and Ann was quick to respond. Thank you.

Great location!

We are very pleased with our stay! Here are my three key appreciations; - it’s not easy now a days to find owner/operators of a short term rental; Ann was a very welcoming and responsive host. -great location; short walk to Atlantic ave and the beach -very comfortable apt and pool; nicely decorated and you have kitchen things to make a meal I highly recommend!

Look forward to staying again!

We stayed here last week when we need to evacuate our home due to Hurricane Milton. I reached out to the host to see if we could stay on short notice with our dog, and she wrote back very quickly and we booked our stay. While this was not a planned getaway, we were delighted at how cute the place - it was spotless and had everything we needed, including a well appointed kitchen and a welcoming pool area. It's less than a block from the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the area and enjoyed some great local food, the nice playground in town, and the pinball museum/arcade in addition to relaxing the pool. We look forward to visiting Delray Beach again and will definitely book here again.

Another wonderful stay!

This is the second time I've stayed here. Such a great place to stay. You get the convenience of staying in walking distance to all the great restaurants and bars on Atlantic Ave. It's also a short walk to the beach. The host Ann is the best. There is no downside to staying here. I wish I could keep this place a secret. It's amazing. I'll be back. Until next time.

Great Location

Very nice 2BR in Delray Beach Clean and had everything we needed. Very close to dining and shopping on Atlantic. Beach was not too far and we walked there a few times. It was great to have the pool right outside our door to relax and cool off as well. We met the owners who were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Winter Vacation

We had a wonderful seven night stay here. The location was perfect. You could walk to restaurants, bars, parks, and even the beach. The property is nice and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating. Ann is helpful and quickly addressed any issues. We would return!

Fantastic Stay at The Delray Beach House - Perfect for Families

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Delray Beach House in beautiful Delray Beach, Florida, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the accommodating and responsive host to the outstanding amenities, our family couldn't have been happier with our vacation rental experience. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the pool and BBQ grill area. The pool was impeccably maintained and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The BBQ grill was a fantastic addition, enabling us to cook up delicious meals and enjoy them alfresco style. The location of The Delray Beach House was another standout feature. Situated near Atlantic Avenue, we were just a short walk away from a vibrant hub of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. As for the beach, it was conveniently located a short distance away from the property. The close proximity to the beach allowed us to make the most of our time by the water, whether it was sunbathing or enjoying a leisurely swim. We had an incredible time, and we highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in Delray Beach, Florida.

Girls Getaway

We had a fabulous time staying at Ann’s place. We were extremely lucky as there are four units and no other gursts were staying in the other three so we had a private pool to ourselves. The pool is gorgeous! The location is perfect if you like going to the many bars and restaurants in the area, as it is just a very short five minute walk into town. She left very clear instructions about everything and was available for anything that you needed. She was lovely to meet in person and we loved her dog, Boomer as well. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ann‘s place for a your next getaway! I can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely stay at the Delray Beach House. Ann was very accommodating as we were traveling with an infant. The beach house was convenient to all spots in Delray that we enjoy - Atlantic avenue and the beach. We would return.

Great place to stay!!!

The Delray Beach House was a great choice for an amazing friend vacation. The house itself was perfect. Updated and super clean. The private pool that was shared among the units was perfect when we didn’t want to go to the beach. The beach was within walking distance but given we wanted a cooler and chairs we chose to drive there. The house is super close to all the restaurants and shops on Atlantic. Ann was a great host and so was her furry sidekick, Boomer. I would highly recommend this property when staying in Delray.

Great location in Delray Beach

My wife and I, plus our two adult daughters, just stayed at Ann's place in Delray Beach. Ann and her team are terrific hosts. Smooth check in and departure, easy parking, and the unit is exactly like the photos. Very close (1.5 blocks) to Atlantic Ave restaurants and nightlife. I think this is the best value to be found in Delray Beach. We would definitely recommend. Thanks!
