This is an exceptionally maintained newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath home with laundry room. Has its own private harbor w/dock , level elevation, and sandy beach on beautiful Pokegama Lake right outside your door. New stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, open floor plan, two bars, wood fireplace, gas fireplace, flat screen tvs in most rooms. Game room with pool table, bar 55" flat screen tv with gas fireplace. The master suite has two separate closets, king size bed, 46" flat screen tv , walk in bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, 32" flat screen tv. Bedroom #3 has a queen size log bed and a twin bed with a 32" flat screen tv. Bedroom #4 has 2 full size beds in lower level.

Perfect place to spend a week on a great lake!

Great home and lake front property! The house was spotless when we arrived. Plenty of room for the 8 of us to eat and hang out together inside or out. The lake front property was very well taken care of. Beautiful landscaping, and plenty of outdoor seating.

Outstanding Week at Pokegama Lake!

Our group would definitely stay here again. The property exceeded our expectations and is definitely even more beautiful than the pictures. The level lot to the lake was appreciated, along with the quiet marina and dock to tie our boat to. The inside of the home is outstanding and the owners have thought of everything you would need. Toni and Rusty were available for questions and made the check in and check out process super easy. The lake home is in a quiet neighborhood, but is super close to Grand Rapids for short trips to grab groceries or visit a local restaurant. Thank you to Toni and Rusty for sharing their beautiful lake home with us!

Great getaway in Grand Rapids

We had a very nice stay. Rusty and Toni were available for questions. Home is right on the water and is perfect for boating/beach/fishing. Would definitely reccomend. Thx!

Beyond our Expectations

This property was more than we had hoped for. The sandy beach, the huge yard, the ability to keep the boat in the water overnight without worry, the pool room/bar area. It was all amazing! Toni and Rusty were fantastic to rent from and we definitely plan to come back! The kids all received plane rides from Rusty which was an added bonus they are still talking about today. The lakes in the area were all so clean and clear, Grand Rapids is a beautiful area to spend time in.

Place was very clean and very well taken care of. Toni was always very responsive quick to help with any questions or needs we had. We are staying there again this year. Rusty took our kids for their first small plane flights and they loved it.

All you could ask for. Great people that own it was very friendly and helpful.

It was a very nice place right on the water with a dock out of the wind and waves. Only about 5 minuets from town. Fishing was great.

Seriously this place was amazing will come back here again and again lake was perfect and Toni and Rusty were so cool and inviting Pictures DO NOT DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE....Rusty took our kids on the airplane I honestly could not have asked for a better place to stay ...close to town and Zorbaz ....WILL BE BACK AGAIN!!

Kids loved it! Adults loved it! Great swimming beach too! Thanks to Rusty for the plane rides and the daily garbage pickup! We had a great time at the property and made our baseball tournament week very memorable for all involved!

Family Reunion on Pokegama Lake

Eight family members from Norway, Colorado, Kansas and Indiana met at the lake house where we spent four lovely days getting to know each other, and visiting Grand Rapids and Duluth. The house was nicely decorated, immaculate, and fully furnished with everything we could ask for. The lakeshore and views were lovely, and we enjoyed visits from a loon, a heron, and numerous ducks. The gracious hosts gave us a special log for our campfire, which we enjoyed on our last evening. We were very impressed, and would go back again in a heartbeat.

lovely home on a beautiful lake!

Our family of six adults and five children very much enjoyed our stay on the lake. The house easily accommodated us all, with a well equipped kitchen, ample sleeping quarters, a very nice deck and a children's swimming area with a sandy beach and shallow waters for the children. Would definitely stay again, only much longer next time!

AMAZING!!!

This property is absolutely perfect for any family. You could not ask for a better location, absolutely perfect! The house is stocked with anything you would need and very clean! Toni met us and showed me around. This home is equipped to handle several people. The lake view is stunning and the porch is wonderful. The beds are extremely comfortable. My 89 year old mom stayed and slept great. The house is really clean and decorated really cute. Loved our stay. Toni was so so easy to deal with and very welcoming!!!!

Beautiful place!!!

The house was BEAUTIFUL!!! Toni and her daughter Jordan were super accommodating. This was our first mother daughter/cousins get together and we had a wonderful time at their place. ABSOLUTELY THE MOST WONDERFUL FAMILY VACATION!!!

Gorgeous home with all you need inside and outside. You will not want to leave. ?. The lake is absolutely beautiful. Good for water skiing, fishing and relaxing. The home is fully loaded from the bar, kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and boat dock Have a friendly game of pool downstairs and come up and watch the sunset Rusty and Toni are wonderful hosts and they make sure you are comfortable and have everything that you could possibly need. Rusty- thank you so much for taking Danny up for a plane ride, it is a memory he will have forever We will definitely be back!!!!Lisamarie & Dan

Better than advertised!

We've been vacationing up on Pokegama for the last 6 years and have stayed at several different places on the lake and this is the best one yet. The house is huge and very well equipped for just about everything you could want, more than we could use in the week we were there. The lot is also huge and level to the lake, plenty of room for yard games and a big fire pit with lots of chairs. The harbor is awesome for parking the boat out of the wind and for the kids to catch a few panfish in while we were cooking meals. The swim beach was great for the kids to play at when we weren't out in the boat, as well as a good spot to take off from when the kids were riding on the tube. Toni and Rusty were awesome to work with and were incredibly gracious hosts. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on a lake in the Grand Rapids area. Pokegama offers good fishing, nice beaches, a few restaurants and a golf course accessible by boat and lots of room for recreating. Not to mention you're less than 10 minutes away from town by car, so it's the best of both worlds. The only downside to the whole thing was that we had to leave!!! We're already trying to figure out how to make our vacation next year be for 2 weeks.

Beautiful Property!

This was our families first vacation in years. Toni and Rusty went above and beyond to ensure that this vacation was an memory we will never forget. The house was fully stocked with every supply you could possibly think of, we ended up needing an extension cord to fry our fish outside and Toni immediately sent one over. The photos do not do it justice, the house was very large with multiple sitting areas for your group to break away if needed. The lot that it sits on is level and has a small sandy beach area for the kids. Toni and Rusty's hospitality was top notch and I highly recommend any guest to stay! We will definitely be back next year!

Fantastic!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family! The home was spacious, very clean and had every comfort of home. We appreciated the large game room on the rainy days. The dock in the protected bay and large level lawn was also a big plus! Toni was very accommodating and she provided a relaxing atmosphere and home for a wonderful vacation.
