Located just 4 houses from the beach, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is perfect for your next vacation! This coastal cottage style home is accented by lots of natural light, OPEN LIVING SPACES, balconies and gorgeous views! The large patio and heated pool provide an excellent space for outdoor fun!

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
We are licensed for up to 8 guests and our occupancy is strictly enforced.

Our property has an exterior Security Camera by each of the entrances. The camera's view is the entrance. The camera is for security, to protect our property when it is unoccupied and to verify occupancy.

Spring break

This is a great family place! Plenty of room and very helpful in accommodating toddlers- we had 3 of them. The beach is an easy short walk away and the swimming pool is just the right size for the toddlers.

Great stay

The property was super clean on arrival. The propery manager was so accommodating and available, Aimee even contacted me during tropucal storm Debby to see if we were ok. Then she came out the next moeni g to clean yard and pool.

Great family vacation!

Big clean house just a few houses from the beach. Appreciated the pool and all the pool toys. Comfortable bedrooms and living room. A great time had by all!

Perfect family home!

This property was a breeze to get settled in after wonderful communication from the owner/manager! We had a one year old with us and there was everything he needed to feel like home including gates set to keep him safe! An elevator (yes!!) made moving in a breeze! We loved the large living space and kitchen. Modern and family friendly. The pool had so many activities as well as a place for a refreshing dip! Alarmed doors keep younger ones safe. Ammey answered quickly and made sure we were happy! A quick walk and you are on the beach with chairs, wagon and cart to haul your goods! I hope we can return!

Amazing beach vacation home!

This home is everything you see in the photos and more! It’s meticulously clean with anything you can think of needing on a beach vacation. We have 4 kids and the baby gate, pool alarm and twin beds were clutch! The beds and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen fully supplied with everything we needed for making many meals at home. The pool area with games, is so much fun for the whole family. Can’t beat the two minute walk to the beach!! Quiet neighborhood with the best Anna Maria Island charm. Honestly, my husband and I can’t say enough about this rental and we look forward to coming back!! Ammey was the best host with great suggestions and very accommodating in letting us check in early too! 🙂 Happy travels!

Perfect Beach House!

The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. The outdoor space was loads of fun with the pool, putting green, pin pong table and other games. Very short walk to the beach and the house included everything we needed - chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, cooler. Great location on the island. Owner made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this beach house and would definitely return.

Lovely home steps from the beach

Spent a lovely week in On Ocean Time. Clean and spacious. Tiny pool was perfect for our two under-2 year olds. Half a block to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby (but plan ahead, they fill early). Would definitely recommend! Ammey is responsive and helpful.

Exceeded our Expectations

A lovely home, just a short stroll to the beach. Exceptionally appointed to ensure a wonderful stay for all of our guests. Highlights were the elevator, backyard toys including the pool. Everyone loved late afternoons on the front main level deck. The rooms, back yard, kitchen table were bigger than they appeared online making 7 adults more than comfortable. Thank you, Ammey for taking such good care of us.

Perfect location

This is a 5-star rental. Everything was clean and beautiful. The house was perfect for our 3 adult couples. The toys in the backyard were fun and the pool was clean and warm. The house layout was great for us to cook big meals and have great conversations. The walk to the beach was just a minute or two and the wagon helped transport all of our goods. Ammey was a fantastic hostess and was even able to replace a broken beach chair within an hour of me reporting it to her. We will be back!!

Wonderful!

The house was wonderful! We loved the location and the proximity to the beach was just a short walk. Beach was not crowded and very family friendly. The house was very clean! Loved the elevator to help with the luggage. The host put up baby gates for us, had a high chair and other very useful items we enjoyed using. The included beach wagon, chairs and umbrella was a nice bonus. The living room furniture could use a refresh and pool was smaller than we had hoped but did not affect my rating. We will be back!

Great Family Vacation

Our family of eight enjoyed our vacation at “On Island Time”. The house is beautiful and very spacious; it was even better than we had anticipated The owners provided everything we needed including outdoor backyard activities, beach chairs and a beach wagon. The property manager made the rental arrangements for paddle boards to be delivered to the house. The kitchen was better stocked than any house we had rented before so it was easy to prepare meals; it even had an additional ice maker (countertop) that we utilized. We all enjoyed playing the activities provided in the back yard. The kids loved playing ping pong and using the putting green. The pool was a little smaller than I had imagined but it was still plenty big for the kids (and adults) to have a good time. The proximity of the beach is great—an easy walk. We did have some mishaps as the city had to do water main repairs overnight and we had to boil our water for a couple of days. We were thankful for the big pots and the tea kettle in the kitchen. The property manager responded quickly to our air conditioning problem upstairs and it was fixed when we returned from dinner. We were all very pleased with our accommodations and highly recommend it.

Amazing property on 79th St.!

Our family stayed here for 1 week in May. Ammey communicated great and responded quickly during the check in process and even gave suggestions for paddle board rentals. The first things you will notice on arrival is how clean the house is, how close you are to the beach and how quiet the neighborhood is. We took both our young children. Mainly we swam in the gulf, but they enjoyed the pool. The outside seating was great for ordering takeout and eating as a family. I would recommend this property for your next stay!

Holmes Beach on AMI

This property was great for our family of 8 (7 adults and a grandchild). Living, eating and cooking area was plenty big and open so we all could be with each other. Close to the beach. Good location on AMI. House was in excellent condition. Backyard pool was a perfect addition to the experience.

Great house!

This was a wonderful property to stay at! The online photos don’t give the house the credit it deserves. The house was clean and the location was perfect. It’s located on a dead-end street so there was minimal noise and virtually no traffic. It’s a short walk to the beach and there was a wonderful heated pool set at 87 degrees. The property manager was professional and prompt. We look forward to staying there again!

Lovely home close to beach!

Very nice home. Everything we needed was available with lots of kid-friendly equipment. Although we didn’t use the elevator too much, it was handy for luggage and groceries. There are no streets to cross to get to the beach which was very nice. Just a very short walk. The home was lovely and would highly recommend. Lots of space. Garage was not available for use, but that was not a problem. We had plenty of space. Communication was very good. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Wonderful House

We had an amazing time. The house was beyond nice, clean and stocked with essentials. Location is just 6 houses down from the beach access and no roads to cross. Would definitely recommend.

Nice home near the beach

The home is clean, large, and updated. It had all the amenities you will need. The elevator was quite the nice touch. Close proximity to the beach and an easy walk with little kids. The only negative is the pool area. It is too shady. If you are looking to lay out and get a tan, you only really get 3 hours of sunlight given the way the home is built as it blocks the sun where the chairs are. The hours to get sun are noon-3pm. We constantly had to move the chairs every 30 minutes to get back into a sliver of sunlight. Otherwise great property.

Loved this place

We loved everything about this property and our experience with Ammey. The house was immaculate and had everything we could dream of to help us enjoy our time on the island.
