Full kitchen with stove (gas included) microwave, pressure cooker, cutlery, sandwich maker, coffee maker, refrigerator, filtered water, tanquinho etc ... TV FUL HAD 3 seater sofa, table with 4 chairs and 1 private garage. Located on Av. Atlantic number 295 to 200m from the beginning of Praia do Morro. On the next block has bakery, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and supermarket, etc ... Downtown Guarapar 10 minutes by car. Meaipe 15 by car and quarry 5 minutes by car. 40 minutes by car and airport.
