Good place: no WiFi at all

Very cute lodge, had a slight smell to it but nothing too bad. Carpets were a bit dirty and there was no WiFi to connect to at all the entire 4 days we were there. Message sent by owner and the instructions in the lodge had different WiFi networks but neither were showing up. There was a heater which was very nice!

A get away to the mountains.

The cabin was very cute and clean. It was in a very quite area. Had everything you need for a few days stay. Thank you we will book again.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as listed and went well. It was pretty much in the middle between town and the casino so it was really convenient. Will book again.

Amazing little cabin

This place was amazing and will definitely go back. There is a creek just out front that attracts a variety of wildlife, from deer, ducks, and horses. The rooms are spacious and cozy. Unfortunately wifi did not work but the cabin amenities, games and dvds make up for entertainment. Great little place!!

It was a great stay only bad thing was my husband had a hard time using the bathroom it’s a little small and the toilet is very short the heater on the wall would hit his knee so we didn’t use it the whole time we stayed it got cold even using a space heater and the white heater on the wall in kitchen

Enjoyable

We had a pleasant stay and it was very relaxing. The kids played by the stream and had so much fun:) We sis run into a snake I the tall grassy area of stream so just keep a look out. We also saw a bear our first hour there across the street. Stay vigilant:)

The cabin was nice and comfortable and clean. However, there was no Wi-Fi kitchen very small, not really able to make a mil in. And I didn’t like the fact that we practically had to do all the cleaning.

We experienced some electrical issues but were resolved quick. Cabin has no stove nor kitchen, it specified kitchenet but not enough to cook a decent meal. Another downer it has no wifii now a days its essential. The location its ok since its in the middle of two condo buildings. Nice and quiet near casino.

Bungalow getaway!

My friends and I stayed at this property for a weekend. Overall, we had a good time. The bungalow is small, but with just 3 of us it wasn’t too cramped. The only thing we were not prepared for this how cold it was. It has listed on the amenities that they have heat and AC, but that is a little misleading because they have one wall unit in the main area and it’s not very efficient, and they have a small heater in the bathroom. The bathroom was warm and toasty, but the living room and kitchen area was cold and the bedrooms were freezing. When we woke up, it was 19 degrees in the bedroom. The property manager texted us the day before and told us to bring blankets and bundle up, but if we had known this place didn’t have heat then we would have planned differently. Overall, it was a good stay and the property was clean and safe and the property managers were very nice!

I would pick zero starts

Ugly service the cabin nothing works without the fuse box breaker going out can’t use heaters cuz breaker goes out can’t use lights because then can’t keep warm can’t use tv can’t use no kind of electricity because fuse box goes out ….ruined my family’s Christmas vacation cancelled that next day on Christmas Eve to come back home because it was to cold to stay there with my children won’t go again . Lady we txt to say we leaving told us oh yes they been working on that property. Very bad bad property

Cozy, clean and quiet.

We enjoyed the stay at this bungalow, it has coffee, popcorn and movies; perfect to have a nice morning before heading to Ski Apache and relax afterwards. Bedrooms are comfortable and nice. I appreciate the little kitchen and well equipped bathroom. We definitely be back.

Nice little place with false advertising.

The place is excellent, and the stream that passes in front makes it a great place to see outdoors. However, the advertisement for this place is a lie. I have a 3-year old, so we were looking for wifi (stated as in the ad) not available. The place says it can sleep 5 (if the last one sleeps on the floor) since the couch in the living room is a love seat, not the sofa in the pictures. Also, the information states that the cabin has a king bed in the bedroom1 and queen in bedroom2; in reality, the cabin has 2 queen beds—one for each bedroom. The cabin has no heating; it has 4 space heaters, but 2 do not work. The space heater for the living room cannot be used in high (which for the temperature in Ruidoso, which was around 20 degrees according to my pro trek watch, does not cut it). The space heater for the bedroom closest to the door does not work at all. The information for the cabin states that you are going to be charged $53 for cleaning. The cleaning lady called me (yelling and insulting) that we were pigs because we did not take out the trash and that we had “trashed the bedrooms.” According to this lady, we had trashed the bedrooms because we had used her clean sheets and left them on the floor by the beds. Something we did because we found a note on the center table of the living room stating, “Please leave all used sheets and pillowcases that were used in the floor by the beds.” And yes, we did use her clean sheets because the cabin was freezing and did not want my 3-year old to get sick. Finally, regarding the trash we left behind, we left such garbage in trash bags in the “kitchen area” because we could not find dumpsters in the cabin to throw them in. Lady, we do not live or work in that place; therefore, we do not know where you have dumpsters in that complex. According to this lady, we had to follow the notes she left behind, something we did with the bedsheets. But, according to her, there were approximately 6 notes we had to read. I did not know we had a treasure hunt to stay in that place. According to this lady, we are pigs and have to pay 75 to 100 more dollars because she had to take out the trash bags and wash bed sheet. In short: * no heating * Karen like cleaning lady * no internet * misleading ads * treasure hunt to find the ladies notes * no king bed. I am never coming back to this place. This goes to the cleaning lady, where I come from; we also take out our garbage leave the dumpsters where you can find them.

Amazing Experience

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this cabin last weekend for 4 days. The cabin is great and an awesome getaway to the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and it was also peaceful and quiet. Not having WiFi was something of a luxury not having to deal with the outside world for a few days! Great location and within 5 minutes of downtown shops/eating. Highly recommend this place. Thanks!
