Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this beautiful home has just had an entire main floor renovation. The brand new kitchen boasts of stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, warming drawer, and farmhouse sink. Look through kitchen windows to the newly landscaped backyard that happens to be the largest in the neighborhood! Enjoy your evening on the soft grass, picking grapes from the arbor, making s’mores at the fire pit, playing on the trampoline, or watching the kids play in the fenced backyard while you BBQ on the patio. If the weather turns cozy with a blanket of snow, bundle up on the couch in the sun room lit by hanging market lights or sip your coffee by the fireplace and enjoy a movie.

This home offers five bedrooms as well as a LoveSac couch that configures into a really comfy queen bed in the basement. Upstairs, the master has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The second room has a queen, the third room has a twin bed with a trundle, the fourth room has a crib, and the fifth room is in the basement with a queen bed and it's own bathroom. A luxury air mattress and sheets are available upon request for families that want a queen bed in the room with the crib.

This home is conveniently located in the heart of Littleton. Downtown Littleton has the quaint small-town feel and offers shopping and restaurants as well as a live theater. Welcoming haven for Wedding Week

This home was clean and centrally located to all the planned events for our daughter's wedding. The backyard provided a relaxing oasis from wedding preparations.

Beautiful Home

Lovely home, just as advertised. Plenty of space to stretch out, play board games and relax. AMAZING kitchen equipped with everything you might need, although warning for 6 ft tall chefs, the hood above the stove is right at head banging height. We would have loved to make Smores out on the fire pit but had below freezing temps during our stay so sadly didn't get to relax in their inviting & HUGE backyard. Our only issue was with trying to watch one of the College Bowl games on ESPN, since they don't have cable or live TV streaming my husband downloaded ESPN App on their Smart TV, but for some reason it would not show any of the Live games. We're Apple TV people and find LG Smart TV's to be complicated, could absolutely have been user error but our 2 teenagers took over the set up and none of us were successful. Overall beautiful home to enjoy some great meals and close enough to the freeway to travel north to Boulder or south to Colorado Springs : )

COVID hideaway in the city

Fabulous!

This house was just fabulous for meeting up with my brothers family for Thanksgiving. There was so much space that all 3 kids had enough space to hang out but also have time to chill. The kitchen was fully stocked and couldn't have asked for more. The bed rooms were comfy and specail touch of trail kit. Sierrah was great to communicate with and very accosting. Many thanks!

What a great place to stay when visiting Denver! Super cute and super clean. Great communication and easy check-in. We loved the backyard and the three-season room, especially. Roomy kitchen with all the utensils and cooking equipment you could hope for, plus a nice grill. It was easy to get downtown and to Red Rocks for concerts. Great experience, and we would absolutely return!

This property was outstanding. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures on line. I had everything we could have ever dreamed of wanting in a home. Sierrah was so helpful and accommodating. Our visit for a family wedding went off without a hitch. Can't wait to come back and stay again.

All was as pictured. This is a lovely home in a nice area with very kind, responsive owners. It’s roomy and comfy with a big backyard for the kids to have fun. No problems at all. It has lots of warm touches from the owner and we felt very happy to be there and to be treated not as vrbo business guests but as personal guests. Highly recommended.

This looked even better in person! Firstly the hosts are very kind and considerate! respond so fast and make every step so easy and great! They made entire experience so smooth Even had a kit for smores for the kids and on the beds had toiletry packs for us (came in handy)! the home is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated! We love this house because in the summer we have beautiful window boxes overflowing with flowers. The backyard feels like a private garden with over $50,000 in improvements. It feels intimate yet has lots of room for playing and having a campfire.
The chef-style kitchen was just completed in 2017 with over $75,000 in upgrades.The cozy den boasts a custom shiplap accent wall, LoveSac couch system, and a sauna! The flat screen and surround sound system will help you unwind with a fireplace that turns on at the touch a button!
We love this home and are certain you will too.
