About this property

Comfortable three bedroom townhouse with beach and creek close by. Great family retreat, or for catching with up with those special friends. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area downstairs leading to fully fenced courtyard.

All bedrooms are upstairs - main with queen bed and ceiling fan, second with double bed and ceiling fan and 3rd with one set of single bunks and a pedestal fan.

Gas heating is available for the cooler months.

Newly renovated bathroom with separate bath and shower. Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Enjoy a BBQ while relaxing in the cool courtyard on a hot summers day.

Please note this property is Pet Friendly , however your furry friends must remain outdoors.
Under no circumstances are you furry friends allowed inside.
A pet bond of $110.00 is required when booking. This bond will be refunded if there is no evidence of the pet having been inside, if there is no damage to the property and all faeces have been removed.

No access to garage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great week at Hat Head, catching up with relatives, fishing and general having a wonderful time. Accommodation was good value although only two of us were using it. Outside BBQ and table setting was used on a number of occasions by extended family members who did not have these facilities at their rental accommodation. House was little dark, and missed some basic kitchen items eg manual juicer.

The agent went above and beyond in securing us the accommodation after our previous booking cancelled on us, literally the day we were travelling. The agent said ‘you’ll love it’ and she was right.

I booked this house thinking it was pet friendly meaning pets could come inside as well, it wasn’t until we had actually booked it and paid that we realised our dog had to stay outside, this made our stay not very relaxing because our dog is use to being inside and was constantly crying because he had to stay out.

The tiled downstairs area was really cool and comfortable for a large family. Upstairs is unbearably hot during the Summer/early Autumn period and could benefit from an air conditioner, but we survived hehe. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect. We were surprised at how spacious the property is. Unfortunately, the bath was filthy when we arrived. Also, when we called to book, I checked if the property was dog friendly and if we could keep our dog inside. We were told yes, as long as she didn't climb on the furniture. It was stressful then for us when we saw the sign saying 'No dogs inside for any reason' It was a stress then to keep her outside in the courtyard. Other than these two things, we were happy with the accommodation.
