Large house

Very large house and slept our big group well. Compared to other VRBO stays we’ve had this was a more challenging check in process. Was nice we didn’t have any chores like in other VRBO stays.

Spectacular estate with the most stunning view and serene environment

One of the best stays in Oahu no doubt. We were blown away by the ergonomic design and details of the property right away, not to discount also the most welcoming host who met us in person. The experience inside the property was true tranquility and peace, fully immerse in rich nature and wildlives. And of course, the views…. Speechless

Amazing Home

The home is amazing and every bit as good as the pictures if not better. The owners are fantastic and very helpful. They gave us an amazing list of best sites, experiences, and restaurants. The house is stocked with tons of items that make an Oahu vacation better - things like tons of beach towels, boogie boards, a rolling cooler, workout and yoga mats, beach chairs, beach tent, and much more! I couldn’t recommend this home any higher!! If it’s available, you should definitely book it.

Beautiful Property

What a wonderful place for a family get together. We had 4 generations of family members on a short holiday in Honolulu.. There is not a better place to wake up with your grandchildren. My granddaughter call it her ‘treehouse”. We all loved feeding the koi, turtles, birds and chickens. Property manager was very helpful and ultra responsive to the small issue and questions that came up and we would definitely stay here again and highly reccomend it to others.

Beautiful house with an amazing view

Beautiful home and close to Waikiki. Would definitely stay here again. Stayed in Honolulu many times at several homes different homes, but this tops them all.

Such a beautiful & tranquil place

We literally cannot stop raving about the place! beautiful space and so conveniently situated. Short drive to both the airport and Waikiki, but so neatly tucked away as well. Great place for a family stay. The hosts were very tentative as well. Will certainly recommend to all our friends who are planning their next Hawaii vacation!

Excellent place for work retreat

Lovely, comfortable, conveniently located setting for our work retreat, close to downtown Honolulu, but feels like you are in remote, forest location. Very accommodating in meeting our needs. I would definitely stay here again and use it for a similar work retreat!

Absolutely amazing property!

This property really lives up to the photos. Incredible home, very relaxing and only 15 min to the bustle of Waikiki. Easy to Uber and Lyft but rental car was very handy for exploring further afield. Shai, the owner, is a very nice guy and easy to deal with. We had no issues at all, the house is very well equipped. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again next time.

Fantastic property

The property is beautiful and well well designed. Amenities (kitchen, audio, entertainment system) are very good and the views, particularly at night and eminently enjoyable with a cold drink. Only downside is that the property is a bit outside of town and requires independent transportation. Highly recommended.

Fabulous!!!!

This house is truly a dream vacation spot! We were met at the house, by the owner, Shai, who clearly cared not only for his house, but also for our comfort and satisfaction. Shai provided us with a contact number and was very prompt in responding. The house was very clean and there were cleaning supplies available to keep it so. The views from the house are unbeatable and the property beautiful! The music piped through the entire house and the panel controlled lighting was an added bonus. There is also a very good security system. For us, however, the highlight of the entire stay was enjoying the many koy ponds, the waterfall, and collecting the fresh eggs from the chickens every morning!!! Due to an organizational change on our end, we had to request a later check out and Shai was extremely Accomodating. I highly recommend this house!!

Absoute heaven

This house is even more beautiful than it looks in the listing. Everything was perfect, we wished we could have stayed longer. We used the house as an alternative to hotel rooms for a business trip, and everyone had the privacy they needed. While it's only 15-20 minutes from the airport you would never know it, all you can see and hear is the lush, tropical, jungle-like property, birds singing, water from the creek and waterfall, and the view out to the ocean - feels very zen and Bali-like. The location and layout of the house gives complete privacy and was stocked with everything needed. Shai met us and was available throughout the time we were there. We will definitely be back!

Diamond in the Mountain.

This location is great if you are looking for a modern home for your vacation. It has a great view of Honolulu and is perfect for sunrise and sunsets. If you are coming with multiple couples this is a great place with three bedrooms for couples and one bedroom for two kids it is spacious and great for small dinner parties. It is not far from Waikiki and it is away from the noise of the downtown. The house is very private and you don't to worry about strange eyes looking in. The greenery gives perfect cover to keep wondering eyes from your large windows. Whether it is hot or cold this place is great. Large fully stock kitchen of equipment so if you enjoy cooking the kitchen is great. Plus if you need surfboards they have them on site at the house for you to borrow.

Amazing property with great location and amenities! Highly recommended!

I stayed at Shai's place located just 15 minutes away from downtown Waikiki as part of a group of 8 friends and family. The property is as wonderful as the as the pictures represent it to be. Actually, the pictures don't quite capture the beauty of the architecture, surrounding scenery and views of the ocean in the distance. Waking up to this view was such a treat. It was our family's first time in Hawaii, and we looked forward to coming back to such an amazing respite every evening after a long day of activities. Since there are four rooms 8 people felt appropriate. Although the property overall is very large, I personally would not recommend more than 8 adults in this house unless people are willing to sleep on couches and share bathrooms. Also, there is no bathroom in the shared living areas - only in the bedrooms. The location was perfect. It was close to the beaches and downtown area, and not too far from the north side (about an hour). Initially I was concerned that not having a pool on the property would take away from our vacation experience in Hawaii, but since this was our first time in Oahu we had plenty of things to see and do during the day that we wouldn't have time to use a pool anyways. Since the house is surrounded by trees and fish ponds, you do hear "nature" noises such as running water and birds. To our family, these noises provided a sort of healing, but for others it may be bothersome. The floor to ceiling windows can be easily closed to block some of these noises. Another concern our family had was bugs/mosquitos. Since the house has a very open layout, bugs can get in. We had very minor issues with ants and mosquitos, but again all the windows can be closed at night to prevent bugs from coming in. Lastly, Shai is an amazing host! He made the stay very comfortable and was always available to answer any questions we had regarding the house. He also let us borrow his boogie boards and surf boards. I also left something at the house and he was incredibly helpful in having the items shipped to me. Thank you Shai! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone interested. Our family fell in love with Oahu mainly because of our stay at this property.

Wow. What an amazing estate

The owners were very welcoming and made the experiences really unforgettable. The pictures dont do justice to this house its simply unique, with the Buddhas surrounding the place you really feel the zen flowing . nothing bits an early yoga right in front of a huge Buddha head and a flowing coy fish pool. or sitting in the evening by the fire pit...so many memorable moments. Walking distance from the property we found some very cool hikes Amazing location Very close to down town restaurants & beaches

We never wanted to leave!

I would give this property more stars if I could!!!!!!!! The title is the simplest way we can explain how we felt about our trip, experience with the owner, property, and the full accommodation that was provided for our stay. Shai is truly a wonderful person who really made this property a pleasure stay at and was available 24/7 to help us with anything we needed. The house is very chic yet opulent and the beauty of the property makes you not want to leave it.. EVER! My fiancé and I chose this property because it is not on the beach which seems a bit absurd but we wanted to relax not fight our way up and down the crowded streets every day/night. It is very close to the airport, malls, tourist attractions, beaches, shopping, and anything else you could want to do yet far enough to feel like you are on your own island. The property is surrounded by a variety of vegetation, trees, wildlife, and pure splendor! The house is complex but in no way cluttered which makes it flow and feel wide open. The 180 views near the front of the property on the main level are peaceful and where we spent the majority of our time. I truly fell in love with the architecture and the layout of the house its simply magnificent. We can't gush enough about this property AND Shai! Hands down the best time we have had in Hawaii and we owe that to Shai! Another thing I feel that is important to bring up is the fact that you don't really have a checkout time which was amazing since our plane left at 10pm and while it may seem to be a small thing it made for the most relaxing departure I have ever had. We are already planning another trip and this is where we will stay! If you are looking for the best place to stay look no further and just book this property already because you wont find a better property to stay at or property owner to deal with. EVERYTHING WE WANTED & MORE!

The estate was everything we wanted it to be and more! My husband and I spend a week and a half there and it was everything wee needed. We had a few friends visit us on some nights and the house provided the perfect ambiance for what we wanted. Where to start: The fire pit outside is pretty amazing for the evenings! We would stay out there almost every night just talking and having wine while listening to music. The property's proximity to beaches and restaurants was very convenient, the kitchen was put to intense use as we made many meals and it came through with flying colors! Internet was great. The house is top notch, sleeping rooms were excellent, it was like a private hotel in each room. We would stay here again in a heart beat! We spoke several times with Shai during our stay and he was always easy to reach and helpful to talk with. This was an outstanding property!
