Our generous size studio apartment is located on the waters edge in Wellington’s most iconic neighbourhood of Oriental Bay. You will enjoy uninterrupted sweeping views across Wellington harbour, truly a stunning location to sit and watch the sun set whilst enjoying a glass of wine. Experience quality furnishings for a romantic getaway, special occasion or a short business stay. Our lux studio apartment is walking distance to many of Wellington’s great attractions. The space is perfect for a special occasion or somewhere to just unwind, relax and enjoy the view. Enjoy a selection of Twinings tea, coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy with the sunset, Scented Candles, Bathrobes and quality Sheridan white sheets and towels. Plenty of free parking just across the road. Secure building with foyer and elevator access to the apartment. The quiet end of Oriental Bay and so close to the city!

Unfortunately, the place was not very clean upon check in. The owner made an effort to correct the problem. Great location, beautiful view. On street parking was a bit of a hassle. Easy walking distance to the city and attractions.

Great little bed-sitter near the city with wonderful harbour views. Parking can be risky, but usually able to find a spot. Unit is well equiped with all you will need to self-cater meals and catch up with your washing if travelling like we were. (operating instructions for washer/dryer would be helpful).

The apartment and location were fantastic. Unit was very clean and host supplied some basic supplys, including a bottle of wine 😊. My only disappointed was on communication. There was a COVID level change the day we were due to attend. As result my company closed our work building so I could not work from the office during our stay as planned. I requested to defer my booking however I was advised by the call centre only the host could approve this. However host said the system would not allow them to defer booing so my request was declined. I therefore had to take leave from work so I could get some return on my booking.

Great apartment and a terrific view. Very handy to everything around water front. Parking can be a bit testing outside on the road but once you’ve clicked as to when to try and find one it’s not to bad. Looking forward to staying again.

We loved Wellington , it had a great vibe.
Dayne & Trevors place was ideal, a small but lovely apartment with a fantastic view over the bay, we took up there advice to try the Libiary for cocktails which was excellent , we also enjoyed the Te papa Musium and the funicular railway.

Le logement est très joliment aménagé, la vue à couper le souffle.Très bonne literie. Un peu difficile d'accès car ni l'immeuble ni l'appartement ne sont faciles à trouver mais les propriétaires, bien que n'étant pas sur place, sont disponibles. Deux remarques cependant qui ont constitué une gêne pour nous ; l'une à propos du rangement qui est insuffisant.On ne dispose que d'une seule étagère au dessus de la penderie,par conséquent, on ne peut pas vider les valises et elles encombrent la pièce. L'autre remarque concerne l'absence d'étendoir à linge. Le lave linge sèche également mais pas tout et pas bien. Ces petits inconvénients ne nous ont pas gâché notre séjour, on gardera le souvenir de bons moments passés devant la baie.
