Welcome to Three Tree Point!

Our property boasts a deluxe 650 SF lower unit B in addition to a beachfront patio with fire pit, cushioned seating, a beach-side dining table and with sun umbrella and a propane grill -all for your private use. The guest house encompasses the entire lower floor of the house. The patio/fire pit area is located on one side of a narrow community road and the house is located on the other. (There is an upper 1200 SF unit A listed on VRBO as well. Check it out under listing # 2702108 if you'd like.)

Enjoy our luxury guest house with the convenience of a new high-end kitchen, spectacular water and mountain views, plus a private entrance. Puget Sound and low bank beach access await. Relax at the water's edge on your own private patio with a gas-fed fire pit surrounded by cushioned teak furnishings, a Weber BBQ grill and a dining table complete with a sun umbrella.

Your immaculate and well-appointed accommodations feature water and mountain views, WI-FI, flat-screen Smart TV plus a living room with a gas fireplace, heated floors, and a large sofa lounger that can be enjoyed by lounging on or sleeping on. The extremely comfortable lounger is L-shaped, a full 84" in each direction (creating 1 or 2 single beds if you wish) with foam and down filled cushions.

The brand new high-end kitchen boasts a built-in Bosch refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a cook top, plus a convection/microwave oven, a Keurig coffeemaker with Starbucks coffee pods, french press, coffee grinder, and toaster oven.

The peaceful bedroom offers water and island views, a very comfortable queen bed with luxury linens, black-out drapes, a dresser, an oversized mirror, 2 nightstands with reading lamps, and plenty of storage. There are even USB charging outlets on each side of the bed for your convenience.

The well-appointed two-room bathroom comes with a generous supply of luxury towels, soap, washer and dryer and laundry products.

You will experience an unforgettable time at the patio/fire pit located on Puget Sound. Enjoy wildlife, island, and mountain views plus easy access to the water and sandy beach, located on the property just 7 easy steps to the beach.

In the evening, feel free to gather around the private propane-fed fire pit. Propane tanks are available nearby for $25 each or you are welcome to bring your own.

Please note, that due to the quaintness of this small residential community, outside guests of guests are not allowed. This was a request that was made by local property owners and I'd like to honor their request. I ask that you do the same. Thank you.

Waterfront dream

This was a great property for our family. Beautiful views and having a kitchen and washer and dryer was fantastic. The heated floors and and fireplace made it so cozy. Loved walking down to the Three Tree store down the road for coffee and pastry. Became obsessed with the blueberry scones. Also Friday night is Pizza night there and the pizza was excellent! Location was so great, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. This might be my fault and I didn’t read it correctly in the description, but the cute patio overlooking the water is not attached to the property. The property is on one side of the street and the patio is across the street on the water. Not a deal breaker at all, and would totally stay here again, but just an FYI.

Long weekend rendezvous in a great location!

Flew in from HI to meet my daughter from NJ. (We are former Seattleites.). Location is so close to the airport, but gave us our fill of Puget Sound and Mt Rainier. We walk-on the beach, went to a Mariners game, hit downtown restaurants, and visited friends and family in Ballard, Bellevue and south of Olympia. I stayed here last spring for 45 days when I needed a joint replacement, and this guesthouse is always so comfy, like my home away from home. Very clean and well appointed, modern kitchen with nice appliances. Very comfortable furniture and a very private bath with a pocket door between the toilet/shower area and the sink/laundry area.

The place was surfaced clean,it had a stale odor as soon as we opened the door. It really should have been aired before we arrived. There was a big spider in the sink,my sister had a small meltdown. She scared of insects of any kind.The air conditioner (which in my opinion, was not really a air-conditioner,had two large vents,attached to the windows blowing whatever the weather was outside into the inside)did not keep the living room cool. No air circulation. Per instructions we were not able to have windows and doors open at the same time without a fee. I was not willing to pay any additional fees.The living room window did not have a screen,so we didn't want any unwanted insects.There was a dirty fan in the bedroom closet to use. The bedding had a very stale odor as well. I used Febreze on the bedding and pillows. From the pictures posted, it seemed we would be able to step right out to the patio seating to view the ocean, which was not the case. We had to walk across the street (not far). The street is a small two way. The blanklet left to use to cover with, if needed, was filthy. There were beautiful views from the living room and bedroom. The place is smalI,big enough for two people. I met the owner when we were coming back from an outing, she seemed nice enough. I did not reach out to her for anything and I probably should have. Lesson learned. welcome us. It's ok, thou a valought

Nice apartment and area

Great location in Burien’s Three Tree Point, right across the street with access to your private small patio , right on the eastern shores of puget sound. Only 20 minutes south of downtown Seattle, this small 1 BR updated and spotless apartment. Great for a couple to see the sights all around the Seattle and surrounding areas with a private parking spot. You could hear footsteps from above apartment and cars driving by the street that is inches from the house. If you don’t mind some noise at night - which we did not - this was just as advertised. Kathy was easy to work with. We did all the touristy stuff in Seattle including the Space Needle, restaurants and breweries. Pike Place Market is worth walking around with plenty to do. Kirkland WA on Lake Washington was a nice area and we also enjoyed driving around Puget to visit Pouslbo “Little Norway”. We like to visit the city without staying downtown - there was plenty to do and see for our first tip to Seattle and surrounding areas and the location of this place was a good mid-point.

Restful Paradise

My husband and I had such a nice stay on this property. It was so quiet and very clean and tastefully remodeled and decorated. We had everything we needed, not a lot of clutter, very organized. Waking up to the view of the water and the Mountain was such a pleasure. We would definitely stay there again if available during our next visit to see our grandkids.

Going back in time

I was raised on Three Tree Point. My grandfather built the store. So at 77 years old going back to my youth of water skiing and salmon derbies, and having a tuna fish sandwich and mushroom soup Made by my grandmother in her store, nothing better. I would recommend this area to anyone who wants a taste of Puget Sound.

I feel like the luckiest person in the world to have found this waterfront home in the picturesque and friendly community of Three Tree Point. I actually remember jumping up and down with excitement on the day of purchase 25 years ago and I still feel that same enthusiasm today. I am currently semi-retired from a career in Landscape Architecture and I’m excited to have the opportunity to share this vibrant community and scenic environment with others.
