This wonderful newly renovated 4 bedroom villa is located just a short distance away from world renowned Ponte Vecchio (old bridge), which represents the very heart of the historic district of the city of Florence. The whole villa has recently been extensively and carefully renovated with brand new beds, mattresses, sofas, curtains and carpets of the finest Italian quality as well as new paint for each room. Several unique pieces of furniture have also been added so to create a very elegant, sophisticated and cozy atmosphere.
The interiors of the villa are spread over two floors, described here below:
On the ground floor there is a large entrance room with powder room, double living room with TV (with satellite channels), dining room with large table (that can seat up to 12 people), fully furnished kitchen and fully equipped laundry room. Both, the kitchen and the living room have direct access to the private garden.
The first floor features 2 master bedroom with attached walk-in closet and master bathroom (with shower), 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathrooms (also with shower cabin). All bedrooms on the first floor are air-conditioned. All beds and mattresses are new.
Description of the outdoor area and parking:
The outdoor area of the villa features two backyards, the first with direct access from the ground floor’s kitchen and living room, the second from the first floor’s master bedroom. The first backyard features a complete set of outdoors furniture for guest to enjoy "al fresco" dining or just sitting/lounging outside.
There is also plenty of gated space available for the parking of eventual rental cars.
Location details: the villa is ideally located to visit the city of Florence, as it is only about a beautiful 20 minutes walk away (1.2 miles) from the Ponte Vecchio (Old bridge), world renowned Uffizi museum or piazza della Signoria (to name just a few examples) which represent the very heart of the historic district of the city of Florence.
As an alternative to walking, there is a bus service that works extremely well, with plenty of buses running in and out the historic district of the city every few minutes (the nearest bus stop is located within a 2 minutes walk away from the villa). So either on foot, by bus or by taxi it is very easy to reach the historic center of town, without the need of having a rental car.
Bicycles with locks are available to freely cycle around Florence.
The nearest restaurants, cafes, breakfast places, pharmacy, grocery stores, etc.. are all within walking distance. The nearest shops are around Via Giampaolo Orsini: Saccardi is perfect for fruits and vegetables, as well as for butchery, several bakeries and pastry shop are available such qs Pugi, pharmacy and other first need shops are all avaiable nearby.
In case you love markets you just have to cross the Ferrucci bridge and walk to Sant'Ambrogio, open every morning except on Sundays.
