The house consists of :
- A double automated door garage with access into the house.

- A fully quipped scullery with washing machine , tumble dryer and dishwasher which leads to a well stocked kitchen. The Kitchen offers all kinds of appliances imaginable – a spacious island as well as work spaces for the cooking enthusiast.

- Open plan living! Next to the kitchen is the dining area, with an expandable dining table which sits up to 8 people. This area spreads on to a cosy lounge with a fire place – always wonderful on those chilly South Cape evenings.

- A pajama/TV lounge , with a flat screen TV. Both lounges have sliding doors which open onto the spacious and well lit covered patio with built-in barbecue / braai. This area extends to the pool perfect for lounging in on those warm summer days.

- 4 spacious ensuite bedrooms , with 2 single beds in each room, which can be turned into kingsize beds on request. The rooms offer comfortable quality linen , towels and bath amenities. 3 of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and 1 is on the ground floor, next to the study. The ground floor bedroom, as well as the general floor plan of the house, ensure that the home is easily accessible to those who are physically impaired / may require a wheel chair etc.

- A study has an office table, if needed , as well as printer for your convince. Wifi is available to our guests.

- A lush garden with well manicured grass and nice plants of which 80% are indigenous to the Garden Route area.

- We welcome groups of golfers, individual travellers and families with children from age 2 . Small pets are allowed.
