2 BEDROOMS 1 BATH SLEEPS 5 This duplex is as close as you can get to the beach. Right on Fernandina. From the living room window, you can watch the dolphins swim by! It is charmingly decorated and has been a popular rental. THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE SIDE OF THE DUPLEX ONLY. Both can be rented simultaneously. THE UNITS ARE SIDE BY SIDE. EACH SIDE HAS TWO BEDROOMS AND ONE BATH.2 Smart TVs one in the oceanside bedroom and the other in the main living area. Please bring your Fire stick or ruku. Oceanside bedroom has a Queen bed and a single. The other bedroom is a full bed and a single bed. The other half of the property is carried under VRBO or Home Away Number 7364113 and you can see that this property has gotten 5-star ratings for years TOO! If you want to rent both sides please check the other sides for a total of 4 bedrooms 2 baths. Great sunrises each day and the best location for surfcasting. Just a quick beach walk north to The Sandbar Restaurant - for great burgers and cold drinks! If you choose we welcome you to bring a magnet from your town or state for the refrigerator- I think it will be fun to see where we all visit from. Heavenly

Two weeks away from colder February temperatures was a blessing. Played four rounds of golf, enjoyed meeting our duplex neighbors and appreciate fabulous local restaurants. Jane is a great communicator. We received our door code before arriving and were able to move right in after the long drive. Already looking forward to next year!

Minutes from beautiful downtown Amelia and local shopping. Restaurants nearby. The cottage was so clean and perfect. Amazing view. Right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Very nice view

Everything was good, except for the weather. It rained most of the time. But we enjoyed the location and the beaches. There a couple of items at the house that need attention, but overall pretty good.

This cottage and its owners are everything anyone needs for a getaway at lovely Amelia Island! Jane is so responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to this little gem!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Location was excellent. Far enough away from public beach access, so we felt like we had the beach to ourselves! Caught great fish off the shore. Great sandbar for wading and swimming. Cottage itself was clean and as described. Having onsite parking and direct beach access were what sold us!

Perfect beach cottage!

Perfect location!! This was by far the best beach getaway I have ever had even though we had to leave early for the hurricane. Can’t beat watching those sunrises from your porch. Not a crowded part of the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants. We really enjoyed all the bike trails nearby! Super clean and dog friendly! What more could anyone ask for? We are already planning our next stay : )

Perfect Location & Beautiful Views

The view is absolutely beautiful. There is a nice deck to enjoy sunrises with access directly to the beach. A nice touch is the outside shower to remove sand prior to entering the unit. The property is an easy walk to several local restaurants. The unit is tastefully decorated and furnished. The only downside is the unit is a duplex and you can clearly hear your neighbors.

Love love love from TN!

Love love love! We would love to make this cottage our home away from home! Jane is so easy to communicate with and it’s just what we needed for our family vacation! I’ve never been so close to the beach and I’ve been going my entire life. You are literally steps from the ocean and there’s not enough room in your photo roll for all the pictures from sunrise to sunset. The Living Room just has such a picturesque window that stays breathtaking. We know that island very well and had a lovely time doing several things however just on the beach we caught a starfish (returned it to the ocean), watched many turtles, gathered so many beautiful shells, and shark teeth. As we like to fish, we fished off the beach and caught several fish. Also not sure how she manages it, but we had the best neighbors the entire time which made it all the better. Hope to stay there again and make it our home away from home for a week a year . Thank you so much again! Ps - I believe the only thing they duplex did not have “in stock” were crab crackers for when we brought food home one night however other than that they have literally thought of everything and it was much appreciated.

Great Location

Perfect location and exactly as described. Walk out the back door and right onto the beach. Loved having the feet washing station and that we were able to walk down the beach to dinner. amazing view as soon as you walk in the house and the deck is relaxing to unwind on. It’s on a sweet spot on the beach where it’s never too crowded. The perfect beach cottage, communication with the host was very easy, lots of information and supplies in the house. Our family of 4 really enjoyed and We can’t wait to go back next year.

The views are the best. Short walk to the beach, wear your flip flops!! Location was excellent.

The porch setting is wonderful, very relaxing. Doesn't have a dishwasher but was doable. They had plenty of supplies. The beds could use an upgrade. The views from the great room are the best.
