The Dragonfly at PK is a lake house on a 1 acre waterfront lot. Featuring an on property beach, covered boat / fishing dock, large porches and an outdoor cooking pavilion / Lanai. The house has a modern interior with great open space to relax or entertain. A great house for a romantic weekend getaway, a family retreat, guys or girls weekend or just a nice place to stay for fishermen. The boat ramp is next to the property. We hope you fall in love with our place just as we have.

Perfect Lake Getaway

This was our second time staying at the Dragonfly for our annual family lake trip and we will be back again! The house and dock are absolutely perfect! Everything is clean and organized! The owners are kind and great to work with!

we had an amazing time just slowing life down and unwinding! We definitely would stay here again. It was perfect for our kids to just get in the water. We had breakfast outside every morning it was peaceful and perfect!

Amazing lake house!

The property is beautiful, clean, and great location. Chris was great and responded right away when we decided to extend our stay. Our kiddos were able to swim right on the property. We will definitely be back again.

Nicest stay ever!

The DragonFly was all it advertised and more. More than enough necessities such as toilet paper and detergents! The entire front and back yards were carpets of lush St. Augustine grass. Lots of shade trees. Great for fishing, but, not so much for playing in the water. Highly recommend.

We loved the property! The large grassy lawn area between the house and the lake was a perfect place for play/games. The walk in shallow area was just right for our little ones. Having the boat right there at the stall allowed for easy use throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the outdoor griddle for making meals. It really was a great family place and met all our expectations!

Bird watchers paradise!

We are return renters for this place. It is clean, spacious, and right on the lake. We noted over 20 species of birds. It is such a relaxing place. It is truly a small paradise get away.

Nice house on the lake!!

This beautiful house on the water provided a relaxing getaway for our family. Comfortably slept 6 of us. Very clean house, nice yard and outdoor area with a beach for swimming and a dock for our boat. It was perfect! We'll be back!

Great outdoor living

This is a manufactured home with a modern interior, great use of space on a large lot with plenty of outdoor living to enjoy. Electronic shades on the back deck shield bugs and the heat as well as give a little privacy. The dock was perfect to park our boat. The fishing is decent on the dock, but the water is very low. Once on the lake, the fishing and boating were superb. We loved staying at the dragonfly home, made great memories with family and look forward to coming back again!

Time away

We visit this property as often as we can. Perfect spot on the lake, beautiful property and sunsets!! If we are going to PK, and this house is available, this is where we stay. Every time we go the host has added or updated something :). Our fur baby loves the huge yard (with no stickers).

Perfect Lake House!

We had the best time at this lake house. The house is extremely clean, well equipped and very well taken care of. The lake is beautiful, neighbors are great and it’s dog friendly!
