Enjoy views of Delaware bay and walk to the beach which is only one house away. Entire house newly refurnished. Plenty of room to relax.
3 bedroom contemporary style home with open living room, kitchen and dining room all with views of the water and beach. Living room with a queen sleeper.
Second floor balcony/loft overlooks the living area and has spectacular view of the Bay. Second floor den with queen sleeper and TV.
Second floor Master bedroom has king bed and water view. New master bath 2016 with laundry.
first floor has 2 additional bedrooms one with an extra long full size bed and one with a queen. First floor full bath with double vanity.
Weekly stays only during July and August.

Beautiful location

House was spacious and clean. Great location and short walk to the beach. Disappointed the listing indicated bikes and kayaks but they were not on-site. Slight musty smell coming up from the basement.

Our 3rd Time at this Location.

We love the location of this house. The sunsets on the bay are amazing! Taking relaxing walks along the shore is a favorite activity of ours. The beach is very nice and within walking distance of Harpoons on the Bay. This time was a little different though. The house showss signs of wear, tear, and disrepair. We couldn't turn on the overhead light in the livingroom because the remote, which we had to go looking for in drawers, wasn't working. The owner, who has been lovely in the past, took much longer than usual to get back to us about things. There is no property guide on premises, so we always have to relearn certain things, like how to use the 4 TV remotes. The pool and hot tub are nice, but they had leaves and debris. We were disappointed in our home away from home this time. Not sure if we'll be back.inandistancoHarrthe

Relaxation and beautiful sunsets!

We stayed here from 8/13-8/17 and had a wonderful time! Favorite features: SO CLOSE to the beach, the heated pool, seeing sunsets from various spots inside the house as well from the beach, and puzzles! We enjoyed putting together 2 of the beautiful puzzled they had there and spent quite a bit of time in the pool (heated and so so lovely!!). I wish there was a binder that had instructions for the tv remotes (there were several remotes for the living room and also for the mater bedroom) and the various light switches in the kitchen/dining area - minor stuff, just a lil frustrating trying to figure things out. Never did get the ceiling fan or the TV in the living room to work right - again, minor inconvenience on both points. The property managers, Karen and Maryann, were friendly and responded super fast. Genie, the owner, was easy to reach and responded quickly as well. We would definitely rent here if we were to stay in Cape May again!

Great location

The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Home is very comfortable with a lot of extras! The only thing id like to pass on is there is a cat living in the house. The rug in the living room was so covered that you couldnt sit on it without ending up hairy. 3 of our 5 family members are allergic to cats so they had to stay doped up on allergy meds which was a bummer. It says no pets so we assumed we were good. The place is a dream otherwise t!

Quaint and Quiet

If you are looking for a nice quiet neighborhood with a perfect view of the bay and love watching the sunset this is the perfect house for that. My family and I enjoyed our week stay. We had no issues.

Beautiful views

The house was very nice with a modern kitchen with clean and comfortable rooms. Well air conditioned home. The hot tub was not usable even after being serviced as the water in it was discolored and had an odor. The pool was cleaned and serviced on the third day of our stay . We were originally told there was a grill to use but it wasn't there during our stay. Would have liked to have the pool ready to use on our first day but after it was serviced we used it every day. Hot tub should be deleted from list of usable items.

Peaceful, Easy Feeling

We love this house and the surrounding area. The house is comfortable, well-appointed and sunlit. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view of the water/beach is fantastic, especially at sunset! The pool and hot tub were so nice to relax in! It's lovely to walk or ride bikes along the shore, and it's a short drive to Cape May town center or Wildwood. We will definitely be back!
