House in gated community. Located about 250 meters from the beach. More than 1,000 m2 of land and 360 m2 of built area. Capacity for 15 people. Description: 3 independent suites with large balcony, 1 bedroom (all with air conditioning), 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, waterfall pool, whirlpool and shallow end for children, games room with foosball table and official pool, barbecue area with pool view, kitchen (equipped with all utensils including horizontal freezer) and integrated living room - also overlooking the pool, 7 parking spaces. Lots of safety and tranquility for the family. And yet you have all the infrastructure of the condominium: bakery, market, drugstore, ambulatory, ice cream, restaurants, fishing lake, among others. Please pay attention to the item "House Rules".
