Excellent condo and great location!

One of the nicest condos at PCB! Very clean, well stocked with dishes, beach towels, chairs and a cart to use. The host was incredibly nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent

My family and I had an excellent time in Panama City Beach. The condo was amazing, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. Francheska was excellent. She was available anytime I had questions and was very easy to work with. I will definitely be back to visit and will always look to rent from Francheska. My only con was the wait at the elevators; however, the property did a great job managing the elevators and directing traffic. I actually met a lot of new people while waiting. My advice to others is to be patient and enjoy the experience and view. The property also had a lot of amenities on-site.

Great place in a great location

Our stay here was really great. We were in a great location. The condo was nice and clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The only negative for our time there are the elevators. They are slow and very hot. Other than that we will definitely be returning.

The Condo itself was Great!

The condo itself was good. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of 8. Not really stocked for the beach, so you will need to bring your own chairs, etc. Not a large stock of bath towels, so you will definitely need to wash if you are staying a week or longer. No cleaning supplies to wipe off the counters with and the vacuum is the WORST. The view was spectacular. Now, let's talk Laketown Wharf and the area in general. We arrived on Saturday, June 5th at about 10pm. When we finally got an elevator with a little bit of space, I jumped on with our suitcases with my 2 kids and sister in law. We got stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes. No air circulation in the FL heat and humidity. When the fire department finally got us out, the staff barely said sorry. No water for us, no freebies, nothing was thrown in for the inconvenience. The elevators are TRASH. There are 700 units with only 7 elevators so get ready to wait long periods of time or be packed in like sardines. And that's when ALL 7 elevators are working. We stayed for 2 weeks and there were more than 5 times at least 1 elevator was out of service. The walk to the beach is easy with the cart (we brought our own, but there is one in the condo for use). However, the beach access is by Pineapple Willy's and there is a chair rental, jet ski rental place right there. So they take up the majority of the beach and you cannot get a good place with your own awning as you can only set up BEHIND the beach rental chairs. There is space if you want to hike down the beach, but I know we certainly did not want to lug all of our beach gear that far to get away from the rentals. 2 chairs and an umbrella will cost you $45 for the day (they take everything up at 5pm). The restaurants were all over crowded and close at 8 or 9pm. The food was just subpar. We ate at Shane's Rib Shack, Cool Runnings Jamaican and Angus Steakhouse. After not so great food, we stuck with chain restaurants for the rest of our stay. (We were there 2 weeks). The parking garage is a hot mess. I recommend parking on the 7th level and going down to 6 to the walk over to avoid getting your car dinged up. Very tight spaces if you have an SUV or larger vehicle. Drive carefully - people fly through the garage and almost hit us more times than I'd like to admit. I hate to leave this review because the condo itself was nice and Francheska was super sweet, but the overall location was disappointing. Gulf World was the best part of our trip. The actual dolphin swim was "ok" but the shows were really cute and fun for the family.

Summer vacation

This condo was exactly as described. Very clean and nice modern amenities. We had an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this unit. We had a group of 7, 4 of which are teenagers and had plenty of room and space.

Had a wonderful time at this location. Conveniently located near a lot of different places. Just be prepared to wait on elevators; bit other tham that had a great time and condo was beautiful and comfortable.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and we love the pools. Our only complaints were that we had to call the owner to get the door codes for the condo while standing at the door since the ones given were not correct, and the elevators were also a problem. You have to wait forever for an elevator. Also while 2 members of our party were on an elevator, it stopped at floor 3 and fell to the first floor then wouldn’t open. The call/emergency button in it didn’t work. It finally rose to the 16th floor and everyone on the elevator rushed off. So, beautiful property but the elevators need work.

Great stay

Great property. Beautiful room. Great central location to attractions, only minus for this location is the huge size. There was a long distance to walk for an elevator and wait times for an elevator on weekends could take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. We had to evacuate the building because of a fire alarm prank and had to go down 19 floors on the stairs, I don’t know what a handicapped person would do in the situation or anyone with a bad back or bad knees. I am able bodied and almost didn’t make it, lol. It is a beautiful place and you can’t control what kids think is funny. I had a great time and made memories with my family and in a year I’m sure I’ll look back and laugh at the fire alarm prank instead of wanting to smack the kid who did it, lol.

Great place to stay. Close to everthing

This condo is very nice. At times mabe to nice. We would let the kids go to the pool and we would just lay around and relax. But be prepared for elevators that are extremely slow. We have a child scared to ride them and she would walk the stairs to the 19th before we could ride them up. Most of the time.
