Stunning Couples/Family Getaway with Panoramic Ocean, Islands & Mountain views.

Your privacy is ensured when you stay in this impressive house situated high in the hills of Coromandel overlooking the harbour and vast country side.

Lounge room with leather suite, large flat screen television with chromecast and built in surround sound is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Your comfort is also guaranteed with heat pump and ceiling heat transfer system throughout the home.

The fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, 5 gas hobs, coffee machine, TV, central island and spacious dining area with spectacular views ensures cooking will not be a chore!

This long spacious home has 2 bedrooms at each end. 3 have ranch sliders opening onto the massive deck that sweeps around the house. The master bedroom is complimented with TV, an ensuite that has a twin vanity and an enormous double ended shower, complete with overhead drencher. The large walk in wardrobe is also ideal for the available portable cot to keep young ones close by.

The extensive outdoor deck and lawn area is ideal for the family dinner or simply catch up time for couples and friends.

We welcome your pets so please be considerate for the next guests and clean up after them.

There is garage parking for 2 cars and ample room outside for boats. Boats can also be left at base of property driveway if towing on gravel driveway not preferred.

Outside there is a fish cleaning table. An extra fridge in laundry area is available for your use. There is an indoor fireplace but no wood is at the property. You are more than welcome to use if you supply your own firewood.

There is no internet at this house.

Please be aware the perimeter of the property has electric fencing that is sometimes turned on.

Fabulous time - a reunion with my family -
Weather was great - trip to the railway and the 'children' aged 60, 57 and 56, fished off the mussel barge and caught many schnapper. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. House was perfect for our needs.

We had a lovely stay with the family to celebrate a wedding. It is a shame the weather was not nicer so we could enjoy the view. Lovely clean house with plenty of room. The driveway not the easiest to get so be prepared.

Fantastic views with this place, we loved it. 1st night, cow in paddock bellowed all night as her calf was stuck in the other paddock. Our last night the place suffered a power surge which was not great, however we made the most of it and the weather was terrific. Our host was superb. Look forward to staying here again.

Clean. Tidy. Exactly as presented on the listing. Stunning spot. We we're unfortunately housebound due to a storm rolling in over the New Years period. While Coromandels beaches were left unexplored, and on a positive note, it was a great place to sit back and watch the storms roll on by.

An absolute gem
We absolutely loved our stay at Preece Point,. A beautiful, well equipped house with everything you need. And that view is absolutely spectacular. If it had a pool or a spa we'd never have left :) . Note that there is no WIFI - which actually turned out to be a blessing, to be off the grid was really nice. And heed warnings on the driveway! Also, we didn't get access details until the morning of our booking, which was a little stressful if you are travelling from o/s and with only intermittent connectivity like I was. But it all worked out and we absolutely loved our stay. Spacious, clean, well appointed - plus watching the sun set from the deck, star gazing at night on the deck, making friends with the cows - all of it was magic. This house and the whole Coromandel are absolute gems. PS recommend The Naughty Bean in town for great coffee.

Amazing Dog Friendly Home
My family and I stayed here for a week and were so pleased with absolutely EVERYTHING. The dogs had a big section to run around in, the kitchen was stocked with some great appliances (there was even a bread maker!), the furnishes were simple and perfect for the space, there was ample parking for the boat and an outdoor hose provided to wash it. We were truly spoilt. And the price of our stay was very reasonable. Laurie-Ann was a great communicator, very prompt and detailed. She was lovely enough to post our forgotten items too. Highly recommend to anyone with doggos or a family looking to relax.
