Summary:
13 Olivebank has everything you need, two large decking areas, great sea views, dual living areas, big bedrooms and most of all a great layout for entertaining. A five minute walk to Franklin Parade, the Encounter Bikeway and a local favourites Yilki Store and Beach House Cafe.

Situated on an elevated block on a quiet street in Encounter Bay, the views from 13 Olivebank are sweeping, from Granite Island to The Bluff.

The Space:
This property has a great layout for families or groups of friends, and includes five bedrooms, 1 king, 2 queens, 2 bunks and 2 king singles, 2 bathrooms plus third toilet and two large living areas.

The upstairs section of the house features modern kitchen featuring dishwasher and Nespresso compatible coffee machine (guests to supply own pods). The living and dining is large and open plan, it features large plasma television and DVD player, comfy lounge chairs and most of all the view you would never want to leave. Step out through the large double doors and enjoy a bbq on the top deck or a snooze on the sun lounge. The master bedroom also upstairs features king bed with big ensuite.

Downstairs features large living area, featuring lounge, plasma television, DVD player and table tennis table. The decking on the front of the house downstairs is just as spectacular. The four remaining bedrooms are downstairs and all have access to large laundry and bathroom.

The rear of the property features outdoor setting and a modern layout with outdoor hot and cold shower. Upstairs has large split system to heat and cool but in summer open up the doors and let in the fresh sea breeze.

Christmas with family

This property suited our needs perfectly. Great location and beautiful views with plenty of room for different ages. Only downside was it needs a really good clean. Dishes in cupboards and drawers were greasy and front of cupboards, fridge and even walls all look like they have something splashed all over them. Considering the price doubled for the Christmas period and we pay a cleaning fee on top I expected it to be clean. It’s tidy but definitely not clean.

Very relaxing holiday with spectacular views

We all had a fantastic family holiday, and particularly loved the amazing views while enjoying lunch on the deck. The spaciousness of the property was excellent with enough space for everyone to stretch out and relax. Also loved the coffee machine! The location so close to The Bluff provided an excellent walking trail also. Many thanks for providing this lovely holiday accommodation.

Spectacular views & great location

The property itself is lovely, catered to all of our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house could do with a good spring and the dishwasher is full of water so we did not use it.

Disapointed

We were very disapointed with our stay! The house it self and view are great but thats as far as it went. Alot of the pics online are obviously old. The washing machine and dryer are old and useless, washing machine kept dying during spin cycle and dryer cpuld only put in 2 items at a time. The house was tidy but definitely was not clean. There is no heating or blinds on the bottom floor. The pots pans and mugs etc are also very old and were dirty. As with the pillows quilts and even the couch all very old and should be thrown out. We booked for 3nights and ended up going home after 2, disappointing when you pay the money you do for these types of holiday rentals.
